Check in was efficient and the room was very clean, very tasteful.
Then it went downhill. We stayed in a room which was close to a nearby restaurant.
The extremely loud music began at 10:00 pm and didn't stop until close to 1:00 am.
We had to get up at 6:00 am so this wasn't looking like a restful night.
I had called the front desk about a quarter to one and they informed me about the restaurant and said they would call
the establishment. I awoke early the next morning to the alarm clock from the room next door.
I assume the room was empty because it was never shut off. We went downstairs to be given half-hearted
service at the restaurant. No place settings were given to us, we had to take a couple from a table. Sausage was barely warmed. To top off this experience, I see a bill placed under our door. I had PAID through Expedia, yet this
hotel charged my credit card AGAIN. Now, I get to wait for the charge to be reversed.
It's a shame, the hotel itself is very nice.
