Poor hospitality, fraudulent charge

I checked in On a Friday afternoon. I paid for the weekend and added a rollaway bed charge. They were very kind and accommodating. I paid in full. A few hours later, I noticed an additional $35 charge to my card. When I went back to the office, a VERY rude Asian woman, told me it was a mistake earlier and they didn't charge me enough for my room. So she charged me more. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I told her that you can't just decide that I disnt paying enough and charge me without my permission! They refused to give extra pillows or blankets and they didn't clean the rooms. Will be staying somewhere else. I'm in that area from LI at least 8xs a year. Their loss.
