The room was dinghy and dusty. The refrigerator wasn’t on so it was of no use to us. Not even a bottle of water offered. We asked for cold beer and there was none. Very simple things to ask for for 150.00!

There were issues with the hotel because it is aging, what stood out for me was the excellent and courteous staff. I know they were short staffed, yet they tried to meet everyone's needs. The room was fine and checkin and out went smoothly.

The staff here are awesome! They were so helpful.. they helped me schedule airport shuttles, arrange long term parking, and even helped with my dinner order from the on-site restaurant. The staff was great! Super nice people with a smile!

The room was mostly clean and the front desk employee was very friendly. Biggest complaint was the lack of warm shower water for an entire day, and the shower's body wash container was empty upon arrival.

It was really close to the airport, which is exactly what we wanted and it was only for one night. Would not stay here for a longer stay. The shower gel in the shower was empty. The Hotel information in the room is really old - said laundry wash/dry was 1.00 each per load but it was $2.50 on the machine. The coffee wasn't the greatest. The bed was too hard for my taste and the pillows completely deflated to nothing when you lay your head on it. The a/c didn't cool the room enough for us. The location was perfect. There was plenty of parking.

We stayed at the beginning and the end of our vacation. The location was convenient to the airport. Our first night the staff were excellent and very friendly. Our second night, could have been better. The night staff were friendly and courteous.. there were some amenities missing which he quickly corrected! The breakfast was not impressive for the cost. The bowls were small…., the server seemed bothered that we asked for coffee and service was slow. We had to ask for everything! Not impressed!

The staff was excellent! Breakfast made to order was a treat. However, our bathroom had water damage issues. To their credit, when I brought it up to the manager, she immediately took the room out of service. Book direct if you want your Hilton points. I didn't know they don't apply if booking 3rd party.

The sink drained slowly which was a challenge when shaving. Some of the carpeting had stains. And some of the wall structures in the elevator were loose and the elevator jerked when it stopped on the floors. The morning I was checking out, the fire alarm blared for about 30 minutes and when I checked with the house keeping staff who was cleaning the next room, he wasn't able to communicate in English, and didn't seem to be bothered by the alarm, so I took it as a sign that there was no fire. Good facility, but it can definitely use some updating.

I liked the access to the malls nearby. The rooms were dirty, we found a candy wrapper in our bed so it seemed like the sheets weren’t even changed. There was also trash under our beds. It felt as though I would be cleaner keeping my shoes on then taking them off.
