Two things ruined my stay first there is simply insufficient parking. The desk told me to just make up my own parking space anywhere Inwasnt blocking another car even in No Parking zones or simply take a handicap spot even though Inam not handicapped. The second was the maid service. We stayed two nights. On the second day we were out of the room between 7:30 am and 1:00pm and again between 3:00pm and 8:30pm. The room was never serviced. We made our own bed and thankfully still had clean towels to use from day 1.

Quiet, clean, convenient, one can even open the window a bit, nice shower, decent breakfast ($10.95),

Clean hotel and in good area

Beds were very comfy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m a good medical area (just in case something happens) haha. Thank you hilton!

Not their fault

I stay at this hotel a few times a year, and will continue going back, but this was hands down the worst stay ever. The parking lot was so jammed full that I spent 20 minutes circling just to find a spot that wasn't actually a parking space. Apparently they were full up because I got stuck on the 2nd floor and the person at the desk apologized in advance for the street noise, my room came complete with someone else's used soap and wash cloth in the tub. And because of the noise from being jammed next to a screaming teenage party I spent most of the night awake. The staff was great, they did their best to handle the parking, crowding, and noise, but this was easily the worst hotel stay I have had in a while.

Hotel room was nice and clean.

Pros: The room, clean, refrigerator, microwave, TV and coffee maker. Pillows, blankets and bed were comfortable.
Cons: It is overpriced for a place in the city with nothing but hospitals around it. I think a free continental breakfast should have been included.
Location: Just the sports bar is attached, but the prices were ridiculous for the food we ordered as were the drinks. Not much else around but hospitals.
bought a bag of chips and a candy bar..$5.75,Used phone to call locally and didn't even talk to anyone..$1.74!...ridiculous! Hotel room overpriced for location at $180! Attached sports bar was overpriced and not very good.

Friendly & convenient hotel.

I would recommend this hotel because not only is it convenient for the Albany Medical Center, Albany School of Pharmacy & many other downtown locations, but it is by far the best 5 Star hotel at 3 Star rates! Breakfast is worth the extra cost & the hotel staff is ExceptIonal, whether they are at the front desk, cleaning your room, waiting on your breakfast table or just passing by on the elevator. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay exceptional! Hotel has been updated. The pool & hot tub clean & in order. When I ordered extra blankets they were delivered warm! Loved it! Even the views from this hotel during the winter were exceptional. Definitely worth it.

Pleasant hotel.

The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. It has a nice small swimming pool which is heated. The breakfast area is pleasant. It has a large selection of food. THe food is extra. The breakfast buffet is $10.95 and reasonably priced for the large array of food choices. I would definitely stay there again.
