Pros: Location
Cons: Better staffing, more training in customer service, better efficiency w/inventory (i.e. LINENS)
Location: Near the mall and a good variety of restaurants
Check-in took entirely too long. Once I got to my room, I realized we were short on towels and wash cloths so I called to request more from the front desk. I was told that the hotel "ran out of towels" but the employee was going to "borrow some from vacant rooms". An hour and 4 phone calls later, I had to pick up some towels myself at the front desk. Also, the ONE ice machine ran out of ice and there seemed to be no sense of urgency by the staff to remedy the situation.

Family reunion weekend...most of them had 10 sets of towels and they were taking ice by the buckets ... poor ice machine could not keep up with it... it was hot outside as well. Our apologies.

my stay at the Park Inn was comfortable

Pros: Easy access and good location.
Cons: The office amenities for guest needs upgrading.

room smell like smoke tv did not work wifi information on key card was incorrect they did put me in another room which was ok

loved my stay!

The room was a great size and very clean. No stuffy room odor walking into the room, the air conditioning unit wasn't loud, the bed was comfortable, hot breakfast, the cable channels were good. This will be my get a way spot.

Hotel Beats The Competition

Great staff trumps snafu with the cable system and they worked to have technical problem fixed. Only other problem was with in room coffee unit not working. However the fornt desk and breakfast STAFF made the difference in creating a great hotel experience.

Very nice place, better stay than expected.

Pros: Everything was better than expected, front end staff were GREAT.
Cons: Could use some snack machines
Overall stay was very good, based on the rating I expected a average to poor stay. BUT I was very pleased to find that the ratings had it all wrong. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was on the expedia.com end, when the online conformation did not make it to the hotel. but when I showed my email conformation she gave me the expedia.com price even after she was unable to find me in the reservations system.

a nice place

Pros: everything was ok.
Cons: front desk people should be inviting and warm. When you check out, they should have smiles and a thank you and receipt ready for you w/o asking 4 one.
Location: everything is right there. within minutes.
good location, plenty of food places around. The Hotel was clean and orderly. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. newspapers available. The women that were working there cleaning the rooms and such were very helpful and polite. The front desk men were not up to par. No smiles, no thank you for staying with them. Did not make me feel like at home, which is what they should do. Customer service with a smiles. Other than those two front desk men, the whole stay was very nice. will be back if ever I need to.
