Awful since they sold the property

Location: Nothing to do in Albany Ga. I was there on business
I stay at this hotel every time I go to Albany Ga. but never again ! It used to be Country Hearth Inn before they apparently sold out to Pointe North Inn. It used to be clean and average hotel but when I got there and was assigned a room I was stunned. There was an old used coffee filter in the coffee pot, a half eaten bag of popcorn in the microwave, no kleenex in the holder. No creamer and sugar packets and the walls had small holes everywhere in the room with toilet paper stuck in them to cover them up. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. The ac unit was barely putting out any cold air even though it was set on 68 degrees. There were only two towels in the room and no washcloths or hand towels and no bath mat in the bathroom. Their supposed continental breakfast was watered down weak coffee and a small box of dry cereal with no milk available. The pool was green and there were creepy looking guys staring at me from the upper level when I got out of my car. The housekeeping staff looked like crackheads wearing wife beaters who were there to get enough money to buy their fix. Never again will I stay at this place. I will pay extra to stay across the street at the Wingate.

Lack of outlets in room, bed was comfortable. It should about in the price range of $39. A night. I called to get a receipt for my company to reimburse me and was told they couldn't email me it.

You get what you pay for

Pros: not much
Cons: This is an OK place for one night [shower,sleep]
Location: We were visiting friends in town.
The staff was unaware of my reservation. When I produced the printed confirmation they began 'fast talk' in a foreign language [very rude]. When we got to the room, we found tv---not working, phone--not working, toilet--running constantly. The TV was fixed. The bed was comfortable and clean. Sleep was interrupted numerous times through the by loud voices in adjacent rooms and outside. Breakfast lacked choice.

Got the room late,1 am. hope this was the reason

Got the room late, due to expedia having the name of the place wrong. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. But I hope it was due to my late arrival. The room was the best value on expedia, defiantly a worn room but had nice tv,fridge,shower. Overall I would stay again but arrive earlier.

Name of hotel not displayed on the street and premises. Makes locating the hotel very difficult.
