Blood stains on sheets and pillowcase.

The pool in the picture does not exist. There was blood stains on one pillowcase and on the sheets on one of the beds. This is unacceptable.

Nice for the price.

We were able to check in early. Nice staff. Poolside room, #120 was an excellent location. The room was dated and not spotless but nothing that would deter me from returning. Parking lot was cleared of snow and easy access. My only issue was the $75 incidental charge that was quick to come out of my account but took several days to return.

Great for the price

Very great staff!!! Shuttle/ restaurant / front desk were all super!!!' Room and facility were dated and not perfectly clean. Bedding and towels were fine though. You can't beat it for the price.

Awful experience

Trash litters the floor. Property looks abandoned from the outside. After multiple exchanges of room keys, only one room would work half the time. Front desk staff was excellent, but maids and maintenance individuals appeared and acted unprofessional. Lights flickered in the hallway. Awful experience. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Clean your act up.

Great location close to airport and interstate hig

Pros: Comfy bed and location
Cons: Overall hotel condition. A little rundown. And the food in the restaurant.
Location: I was there on business so being close to the airport and the interstate was very convenient.
My room was clean and comfortable. Food wasn't great, but it was edible and you got plenty.

The pool and hot tub was awesome! Staff was great as well. Room was terrible! No microwave!

Visiting old times

The hotel has a funny smell, GHS rug was gross and the beds were old fashioned and we saw bugs

HOUSEKEEPING STOLE MY BRAND NEW SHOES!!

Pros: The front desk receptionist, Isiah was fantastic.
Cons: Better key cards and more honest staff.
SOMEONE STOLE MY SHOES! Rushing out to check out in time, I forgot my brand new suede Charles Jourdan shoes in the room. I called, was informed to leave a message at the lost and found. I waited some days, never got a call back and called again. The manager then called back (this was the Thursday and I checked out that Monday) and told me they did not find any shoes, was I sure that was the room I stayed in. I said yes, I was there for 3 days-but can't you verify by my name? She told me no, once I check out there is no record (huh? Lies.) I said well I know I left them there, can't you check with the house keeper that cleaned the room? She informed me that the room had not yet been cleaned (YUCK-4 days later?) because my room has been out of order. I asked why, because there was nothing wrong with my room. She told me they didn't have sufficient staff to do so (disturbing to think I stayed in a hotel that would not clean a room for 3 days after someone spent 3 days in it) but even if someone had cleaned it, they have no record of which housekeeper went into the room (more lies.) I asked if they could check again, she said yes and after not getting a call for a week I called back and spoke to the Operations manager, who upon getting my name was able to locate what room I was in (see? it could be done!). He checked lost and found again, and after speaking with the housekeeper that had been in that room (see they have a way of knowing) informed me that no shoes had been found an

The best vacation we ever had

It was my first time ever at a hotel and it was the best 5 days ever. We will definitely be back. It was the best experience. The food was sooo delicious, the cook should get a award for being the best cook. The ribs was the best thing on the menu. It was home away from home.
