Run Down Hotel

Pros: Plenty of parking.
Cons: Everything.
This hotel was a disappointment. I stayed 2 nights and would not stay again. First off I was placed into the back building and there is no elevator, had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. The room was clean but there were dirty towels left in the bathroom. The shower had a bad drip problem. The room had holes all over the walls from missing paintings. The smoke detector was found in the drawers of the dresser. The TV screen was very dirty. I returned to my room from my day at 4:30 pm and the room was not cleaned. The cleaning staff had left for the day and I had to be moved to another room. I had to pack my stuff and move to another room. The free breakfast was OK, but limited. They had a waffle machine but it was broken. If it had not been for the staff this stay would have been terrible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom was a desaster with toilet seat broken and hot water leaking continually in the bath...probably not a recent problem considering there was rust in the bathtub!!! :( Carpet was soak wet by the air conditioning so probably another leak, made a terrible smell of humidity and cat pee in the room...luckily the bed and the sheets were clean and very confortable! We were tired and to tired about the rest but afterward we left with a bad souvenir. The room Could definitely use a bit of renovation!

Upgrades Needed/Would Not Stay Again

Pros: Location
Cons: Customer Service, Room cleanliness
Pros: Location was good for the major highways and shops. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Cons: Fruit Flies/Gnats were everywhere in the hotel, the lobby, restaurant/bar, very annoying Need more than one person at the front desk during the weekends, wait time to help customers was too long The elevators and rooms need major upgrades, it felt old and dirty. The bathtubs were old and stained.

Not good p

First room tub was filthy second room carpet was water loge . Our 3rd room was okay. It is my opinion that the owner of this facility must better the condition of the hotel. However, the manager did give us another night stay after much controversy , I was not charged for the extra night stay .

Not great.

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Cleanliness and freshen up the colors (lighter, not such heavy colors) and update small construction issues.
Location: The location is fine.
The hotel seems dirty. When you get to your room, you start to notice the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom falling due to mold. The wallpaper is coming down in the corners because of excess moisture. The toilet seat was loose and I thought would fall off when I went to use it. Then of course.... the toilet overflowed. :(

The elevator broke during our stay, we had to wait for clean towels over 12hrs because they ran out, the rooms where dark and the bathroom plug showed burn marks. The bathroom ceiling was warping, instead of baseboards there was green carpet and the paint on the doors was chipping.

Room with a view of roof air conditioners.

While a spacious room, the view of the roof and all its...stuff...was an uninviting experience. The hotel unfortunately felt old. The breakfast had people attending which seemed to not be hotel guests and potentially friends with the breakfast attendant. Despite all this, the stay was not terrible but just OK. These were the improvement points. Liked having a fridge and spacious room.

Dirty Dump

Pros: I booked this hotel because of the pool...based on the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel, I didn't even use it.
Cons: Basic cleanliness - the rooms are old and the carpet filthy. Dirt and dust all along the baseboards - discolored grout on the tiles.
I paid a fair amount to spend the night at what I thought was a reputable hotel chain (Ramada). The place was filthy - trash in the halls - the fitness room was one broken down machine with dirty towels on the floor - dirt and dust along the carpet in the bedroom - discolored grout in the shower. The air conditioner didn't work well, so the room remained humid and uncomfortable. I ordered a salad when I arrived, and got a bowl of wilted, old lettuce, no feta cheese and no dressing. Awful. The staff was complacent and bored.
