Pleasant stay

Pros: Loved the comfortable beds and cleanliness
Cons: Offer healthier choices for breakfast example (egg whites and oatmea)
Location: Saratoga is perfect to go to
Went to Saratoga for the day and hotel was right off the parkway. The beds were so comfortable. I used the fitness center and had the breakfast which was pretty good.

Typical Ramada

Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Replace all the wallpaper in the bathroom.
Location: Not the greatest neighborhood, but close enough to downtown. Good dinner down the street.
This was a decent Ramada. Hotel is dated, but they are spending money on updates. Air conditioner was load, but it helped drown out the noise of traffic from I-90. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

Ok choice if you're on a tight budget

Pros: The price. It stood out immediately. The location close to the highway was another draw.
Cons: Major update would be required to bring this property up to par with competing hotels. But at this price, I can't complain too loudly.
Location: It's a little bit of a drive, but the Albany Pump House was an outstanding restaurant / brewery we discovered during out stay in Albany.
Room was fine other than the tub spigot dripping (but we didn't notice until morning). Alerted staff. Overall, the building and its facilities are very dated with minor / cosmetic updates applied here and there.

Never again.elevator broke down for hours.

My wife got stuck for more than 3 hours with 2 kids in the 6floor .we couldn't make to our destination .no help from front desk or expedia

Zack, I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused by a broken elevator but just to be clear, the elevator was shut off awaiting parts. At no time was anyone STUCK on the elevator.

Nice Staff bad rooms

I hate to say it because the staff was so nice and accommodating but this was just a terrible stay for me. The room was dirty and things were old and just gross honestly. The hotel needs a face lift and stricter cleaning.

Wouldn't stay here again

Staff was excellent everyone was polite and helpful . 1st room no elevator staff member in hall offered to take my luggage to my second floor room(no mention previously that no elevator) bed and bedding clean but everything else in room dirty and old. Asked to move to another room .Only difference in the two rooms was 2nd had elevator access.

Run Down Hotel

Pros: Plenty of parking.
Cons: Everything.
This hotel was a disappointment. I stayed 2 nights and would not stay again. First off I was placed into the back building and there is no elevator, had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. The room was clean but there were dirty towels left in the bathroom. The shower had a bad drip problem. The room had holes all over the walls from missing paintings. The smoke detector was found in the drawers of the dresser. The TV screen was very dirty. I returned to my room from my day at 4:30 pm and the room was not cleaned. The cleaning staff had left for the day and I had to be moved to another room. I had to pack my stuff and move to another room. The free breakfast was OK, but limited. They had a waffle machine but it was broken. If it had not been for the staff this stay would have been terrible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Luckily the beds are confortable!

Bathroom was a desaster with toilet seat broken and hot water leaking continually in the bath...probably not a recent problem considering there was rust in the bathtub!!! :( Carpet was soak wet by the air conditioning so probably another leak, made a terrible smell of humidity and cat pee in the room...luckily the bed and the sheets were clean and very confortable! We were tired and to tired about the rest but afterward we left with a bad souvenir. The room Could definitely use a bit of renovation!
