Not such a great place to stay

Pros: I would not stay hear again. It was very uncomfortable and noisy.
Cons: The TV, the shower, the room in general. The noise, the sheets were always off the mattress because no fitted sheet was used.
Location: The location is fantastic.

We were sorry to learn that Room 137 did not meet your expectations We could not determine from your comments if your disappointment with the shower and TV was due to them malfunctioning. Therefore, we will have our Maintenance Staff check them to see if repairs or replacements are required. The stay was fine but the entire time I could not

Location: This was great. Jus across from the Mall
The rooms was okay but thy did not change linen for the duration of my stay.

We were pleased to read your comment: “The Location was Great”. I apologize that your linen was not changed during your four day stay. Our policy is to change the linen every other day for stays less than a week. We change the linen twice a week for guests who stay seven days or longer. Conveniently located & priced

Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom
Location: just a quick stop to eat and sleep before continuing on our journey so someplace close to restaurants that was clean and reasonably priced was needed
Close to everything we were looking for and the price was right. Room/bathroom could use an update but it was clean.

Expensive for what it is

For the price I was expecting something better, the carpet in the corridor and stairs smell pretty bad and even though there are signs telling you is a non smoking zone, you can smell the cigarette everywhere. Very basic hotel.

Our property’s performance is based on our guests’ comments. Input such as yours assists us in improving our guests’ continued satisfaction. All reviews/surveys are discussed weekly during a staff meeting with our owner. Regarding the cigarette odor, we will have our Maintenance Staff run our Ozone Machine in the hallway and stairs. This will eliminate most of the cigarette odor. We are 100% non-smoking building and charge a significant penalty if we are able to detect the guest who was smoking. Unfortunately, the guest has usually checked out before we are aware of the issue. It is our hope that we will have another opportunity to welcome you during your next trip to our area. Not sure if I'll come back

Pros: Location
Location: Excellent location with a lot of nearby stores and restaurants and a movie theater.
This splace is more of a motel than hotel. The room has outdated furniture. The bathroom was not the cleanest. And for some reason there was black tape strips in the bathtub floor. I have no idea what that was all about. I was only in the room to sleep for a few hours before heading back on the highway-hence I didn't take advantage of the other amenities this motel would offer.

We were sorry to learn that your room did not meet your expectations and our standards which are to provide every guest with a “CLEAN, Friendly and Safe” experience. I believe the black tape strips on the bottom of the tub were non-slip strips, which were installed for the safety of our guests. They may require replacing. Since, I do not know which room you occupied, we will have our Housekeeping staff on alert for all strips that may require replacing. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Convenient and affordable

Location: Close to Northway and right across from major shopping center
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. They seem to have done some updating since my last visit. I was able to check in early, which was so helpful to me on this trip

Nice and close to the airport.

Location: mall and restaurants nearby
Was traveling alone to meet a tour group. room given close to lobby so I felt safe and secure. Room was clean and pleasant. No noise issues. Continental breakfast was adequate. Good place and price if just needing a place for the night. Gym is good also. didn't have time for pool.

A Pleasant Stay

My stay here was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was efficient. The room was clean and well maintained. The facilities were reasonably quiet, allowing for three good nights of sleep. There was a self-serve breakfast available every morning. Staff at front desk and cafe area were friendly and helpful. The hotel sits far back from the main road and is easily accessible. It is located close to the airport, malls, restaurants, and I-87. I would stay here again.

They are renovating...

...and the lobby and exercise room are Nice-ish. Breakfast was also decent, and the receptionists were great. However, much as I would love to give the place 3 stars, the crumbling floors in the rear entrance, the overwhelming smell of chemicals that don't quite hide the smell of smoke, and the stains on the furniture drag the place down.
