Dirty carpet, Dirty furniture

Carpet is dirty with many red stains. Furniture also had stains. Requested to be moved to a new room. The new room also had stains in carpet but not as many as the first. The furniture in both rooms had stains.

Wyndham needs a new face

Coming from a major city that thrives on hospitality and customer service, and also having stayed at other Wyndham properties, makes it hard to stay elsewhere and give reviews but there is a standard that needs to be kept. The only thing with this property is that it is very outdated and should be updated for the rates charged. The hallways on the floors were freezing and smelled musty, the rooms had wall paper that was lifted off the wall, dried and cracked up, seats/chairs were old and worn, bathtubs need new caulking and fixtures so you dont see the rust. The rooms need new wall paper/paint, carpet and furniture and the halls would benefit from an automatic sanitizer/freshener. The staff however was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and good every morning. When we returned daily, our room was tidy and you could smell that they cleaned which is a great plus. The location is good as well for freeway access and quick dining. A total facelift would make paying almost $100 a night seem worthy but please keep in mind that a renovation does not equate to a major influx in rate. If the property got a facelift inside, I would stay again.

The room was clean and the service was fine. The breakfast was also good. However, the beds and pillows were hard. Next time we will bring our on pillows.

Room was nice web site said you could check in at noon, clerk told me 3:00 pm only I asked for 1st available room she told me just call them back. She wouldn't even call me poor customer servicr
