easy to find easy off the interstate

Cons: nothing
Location: easy shopping and nice places to eat.
Very pleased with your hotel clean room temperature was good and the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent and offered many choices and the hot food was hot and the cold was cold good coffee too.

When I canceled in the gentleman was wonderful as well as the gentlemen when I checked out. After I left I realized my son left my luggage. I gave them all my information upon checking in however not one person called me or Expedia to let me know. I was in the area until 3pm that day. The lady at Holiday inn express said they call Expedia not the customer, after calling Expedia I know that was a lie! I don't like liars and I don't like the lack of customer service she showed by lying to me. I work for the government and travel often. After the lengthy call last night I got online and made sure my employer knew of my situation and made it a point to make sure that I am never booked at a holiday inn express ever through work (which is usually how I travel)!!! I was taking my son down for a test in Albany so this reservation I booked on my own. Hard lesson learned but definitely worth the extra money I paid to have my luggage sent to me to realize what lack of respect holiday inn express in Latham NY actually holds towards their patrons! Never again!

Staff was attentive, did not have the breakfast, missed having fridge and microwave in room.

They put us in a handicapped room where there was no bathtub. when I asked to be switched to another room with a bathtub the front desk actually lied to me and told me that most of their rooms don't have a bathtub. It was such a blatant lie that I wanted to walk out of the hotel. However, I did not know if I would get my money back from hotels.com so we decided to stay. I went to the front desk a second time and the general manager John was there, I think he made it possible for us to get a second room with a bathtub. Overall the stay would have been good had the front desk not blatantly lie.

Everything was fine we enjoyed our stay ! Breakfast had a good variety and everything we tried was very good. The grandson was bummed the waffle maker was broken but he got over it. Would definitely stay again.
