You will be surprised because.....

it is rated 100% for cleanliness. I have never seen 100% ever in a hotel or restaurant before. Thomas at the front desk was efficient, helpful and very courteous. The bathroom is very tiny but the size of the room was very comfortable.

A good place to stay if passing through

There were cigarette burns in the comforter. Stains on the sheets although they smelled clean. There were pencil marks around the pictures hanged to mark where to anchor them on the wall. The ceiling was sagging from water damage. If you are looking for a place to stay overnight it's okay. Not the best hotel I've stayed at for the price but among the bottom quartile of hotels at this price. The price was reasonable. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

Who knew it would be so good.

I love all the usb plugs in the room. The a/c was a tad challenged. We had it full blast and was barely comfortable. The free breakfast was awesome with pancakes and egg and sausage.

Overpriced but Dog Friendly

Nice Room, updated. Felt a bit unsafe outside in parking lot and the Wifi was active but very slow. Bathroom in lobby Out of Order and only one working ice machine for all. It was ok for the stay over for one night but 85$ for a night plus 25$ for a dog deposit was far too much for a stay here.

Disgusting

Disgusting hotel room. Filth, stains, smoking odor in supposedly non-smoking room, tub filthy, what appeared to be blood on shower curtain, food crumbs, hair tie in bathroom, hair and old shampoo bottles everywhere.

Carpet was stained and missing, shower leaked constantly, housekeepers constantly moved my stuff

Room was clean and relatively comfortable. The breakfast offered did not appear appetizing or fresh. We ate elsewhere. Be aware that all rooms open to the parking lot. These are not indoor accessible only rooms.
