Very helpful reception team - helped sort out a ski rental return for us. Food quality good on half board, especially desserts/cheese. Most important of all - truly ski in/ski out, and a nice sunny terrace bar out the front just as you take your skis off.

great hotel for your ski vacation
central location, nice ski in-ski out, very nice staff. good value for the money! the cons: there is no heating for the ski boots, we had to heat them in the room heaters; the meals are super expensive, you can find better value for the money in the village.

There are no lifts to levels below ground. Hard wrk with suitcases and ski boots down 4 flights of stairs. Room sizes are good but not the cleanest. Reception staff not so friendly but breakfast staff lovely.
