Great Staff

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Entrance off road was not well marked.
Location: Not observed as we were just passing through.
After a long drive a welcoming smile is worth a great deal. The lady that checked us in greeted us with a big happy smile that was genuine and warm. She is agent example of Southern hospitality! Even if the motel was not excellent, she would have encouraged us to overlook shortcomings. But that was not the case, the motel was very clean, spotless would be a better description.

Great place to stay

The staff were super and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Recommendable hotel

Overall good. Had problem with A.C. not working at checkin and couldn't move to another room until the next day so it made for a hot uncomfortable night. The desk clerk who moved me to another room the next day was courteous and apologetic. She was very accommodating. I found a sock from a previous guest's stay under the A.C. other than that, it was a good stay and recommendable.

Loud neighbors but excellent hotel & service

Everything was good, in order & clean. The only problem was being unable to sleep on our last night there due to the neighbors. There was a lot of loud noise, hollering, dog barking & slamming of doors. This was at 2 am. It was off & on for several hours but 2 am made us both about jump out of the bed.

No Iron or Ironing board

Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Iron and ironing board and fix the TV
The room didn't have any iron or ironing board in it, which was surprising. I would expect that if I was staying at a scottish inn or another fleebag motel but not a Wyndum. The TV would only go on if I placed the plug in the socket and turn off if I took the plug out.
