Not a place I would stay again

Besides the fact the place was dirty. The sheets and bedspreads were ripped, furniture was stained, there was ink writing on the bathroom doorbbThe beds felt like we were sleeping on boxsprings without a mattress. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Manager is rude and doesn't care about customer s

The manager was not accomidating at all and was very very rude. Unless they get a new manager I will NOT stay there ever again. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless they get new management. Very dissatisfied.

BARBARIC AND EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOR

I travel for my company all over this nation and never experienced such unnecessarily rude and grotesque behavior from those who are supposed to be professionals in the hospitality industry. I've already put the word out to all of my business colleagues to boycott this particular Quality Inn. The Albertville, AL location has housekeeping staff who will physically pound on your door 29 minutes prior to your checkout and scream at you through the door to get out. "It's 11:30 already! You have to get out now!" I said in a loud but firm voice that the front desk clerk approved for 12 Noon checkout but thank you for their concern. Their rebuttal remained but with more aggression. "But it's after 11:30 a.m so you must get out and leave at once! Now!" This took place on July 11, 2016. Really?! Is that how professionals interact with their guest now? Unbelievable!!! So, unfortunately for them, this Quality Inn location has been placed at the top of our company's list of places to avoid like the plague. I do NOT recommend Quality Inn of Albertville, AL to anyone who enjoys and expects the highest quality of customer service. PERIOD!

Dirty hotel

Horrible service. Had to tell them to clean your room. We stayed 3 days and had to call 2nd day to have room cleaned (which it was dirty when we arrived, children's Advil bottle opened in microwave, trash behind beds, hairs in bathroom) because it hadn't been done..we get back to find only 1 of 2 beds made, no trash cans empty, floors not vaccumed no new water cups. Very bad! I don't recommend this place at all!!!!
