Not what it used to be:

Pros: Close proximity to my destination.
Cons: My comments say it all.
Stayed at this motel before and it was OK. This trip, the bath light didn't work and I noticed some ceiling plaster had fallen.. I reported it and was assured that it would be fixed. I requested room be cleaned as I was leaving for the day. Returned at 10:00 PM. Room was not cleaned and light was not fixed. Had to hang up my wet towels overnight to dry. On checkout they offered me a discount on my next stay. I will not be staying there anymore.

Quiet hotel, very basic

Not what I expected from Quality Inn, it was a little less than I expected. The beds were very hard and the bed cover had holes from cigarettes in them even though it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast options were very limited and the food didn't taste that good.

Hotel had everything but dated and shows age

Pros: Location and parking right outside your room - so handy and feeling of security.
Cons: Update the shower and be a little more careful to separate the smoking/non-smoking linens.
Location: This was a Christmas visit to family; the hotel is right in the middle of them all. Many outdoor recreational activities available nearby.
Location was perfect and price reasonable. Breakfast was just OK, not special. Staff were very accommodating but the cigarette burns in the bed spread (non-smoking room) were a bit off-putting. There was no smell of smoke in the room, so I am assuming the burns occurred in another smoking room; the bedspread just came to my room randomly from the wash - but I had to live with it for 7 days.

It was quiet and clean. It is a nice place to stay when traveling and staying for a night or two.

Used to be a wonderful hotel but dilapidated now

Pros: Staff was nice a breakfast very good.
We used to stay at this hotel when it was a Jameson Inn and it was so nice then. It is now a Quality Inn and in very poor condition now. The facility was poor, room not clean and in need of serious renovation and updating. It is a shame to see such a nice hotel go downhill in 3 years.

Pros: Clean sheets, towels. Accessibility to microwave and a refrigerator was nice.
Cons: Air , fan for suction, or floor/carpet Freshners. When I mentioned my concerns to staff, her reply was that she would have offered us another room.
Location: In the right area for everything.
We had the misfortune of dealing with a roach in the room. They hardly travel alone. Also even though we requested a smoking room the smoke was so heavy in the room we asked for air freshener . Had to go buy candles because the spray wasn't enough. Yes, my partner smokes, the reason for the request. But for it to settle in everything which you take into that room to all have smoke smell, it's overwhelming. Roaches and smoke, not a good combination. I chose this hotel with knowledge of it being the Jameson. When I discovered that it was a Quality Inn, it made me even happier. The hotel site on the website looks as is. However, I didn't appreciate 2 days of cig butts surrounding my car either.

The housekeeping staff have been coached on cleaning techniques concerning getting the smoke smell out of the room. Again, I apologize for your unpleasant stay. The staff was great and so was the breakfast. The room overall clean and comfortable. They really need to replace the carpet, it's dingy and musty but otherwise I was pleased with everything

We were given room 118 and after killing 5 roaches and taking 2 of them to the front desk we immediately got moved to room 109. That room was better but the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff at the front desk was very apologetic for our ordeal.

Pros: Close to restaurants in the area.
Cons: We were given only two washcloths. I think four would have been better.
Location: The location was central to the area. We were only passing through, so have no opinion on things to do nearby.
We had a pleasant stay. It was the Fourth of July weekend, so the fireworks going off until late into the night was to be expected. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

nice hotel. good location

the staff was very courteous. the room was nice and clean. but was disappointed with the swimming pool. couldn't swim because the pool was dirty. needed cleaned real bad.
