“When we checked in, we could not understand the desk manager as to where he was directing us, & he gave us the room EXACTLY above the lobby & common area. (I made this reservation weeks ago, so this cannot have been the ONLY room that was available when we checked in that afternoon!) “Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any.”
