“Our family of 4 loved Maria Teresa's apartment. There was plenty of space and we found everything we needed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking... There is no need for a car as it is walkable distance to shops, restaurants, bars and the town. It's a steep climb back up to the apartment but the view is worth it! We used Uber to travel further afield, which was reasonably priced.Beach and pool stuff is all provided. Albufeira is a fantastic spot. We will be back!”

It’s on a hill and you need to walk up (about 10 min walk) from either marina or old town….we are retired and in our mid 60’s and it was ok for us. Property manager, Katalan, was excellent to deal with….she had lots of useful suggestions for us. We would recommend.”

“We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park.The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. “We had a week at the condo at the end of October 2019. Weather was largely cloudy but when the sun was out, 21 felt like 25 as the position of T2 is a perfect sun trap! The condo was clean and tidy, easily accessible with parking and all amenities near by. We did struggle to find it initially (it’s next door to the overseas supermarket!) 2 supermarkets nearby to choose from and only a 10 mins walk to the beach too! The Pool was a little cold (could be the time of year) but felt safe on site……
