HARD BEDS & LUMPY CUSHIONS

Beds VERY hard even with toppers, which wasn't offered until 2nd night. Pillows HUGE & LUMPY. Room smelt unaired, dusty. You DO NOT have use of hotel indoor pool - have to pay EXTRA! Outdoor Pool not heated so this time of year icy cold. Restaurant ground floor evening food not covered up, Upstairs only offered burgers. No dress code. Not 5 star but more 3 star. Reception, Cleaning & breakfast staff friendly. Would not stay here again or recommend it. OVER Priced & no facilities to use.

Only a walk away from the beech.

We have stayed here many times before and love it. It is only a short walk to the beech (through the private grounds). The Hotel has a couple of very generous swimming pools and toddler and baby pools. The breakfast is always very varied and generous. We thought this year (2018) the Hotel had given way to the lower-end package holiday market with the resultant slight drop in 'standards' but it didn't stop us having a great time. We would go again.

Perfect for a family getaway

We stayed here for 5 nights in mid April with our baby and preschooler. The apartment was perfect and clean. Well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, large bed for the parents, a single bed for the kid and a cot for the baby, small outdoor table, wi-fi, safety deposit box, tv... all the essentials. The preschooler loved the kids club, which was a life saver on the rainy day. Due to the cooler weather (15c) we didn't make use of the outdoor pools, but loved the beach access. Unfortunately there isn't any indoor, kid-friendly pool. We did take advantage of a massage in the spa which was great. However, the spa services are limited. Some of the equipment was out-of-service. There are several restaurants onsite and a short walk (1km) from many more restaurants, bars, shops, etc. There is a hotel shuttle to downtown Albuferia or you can get a cab for 7euros. Hotel staff are very helpful.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

Pros: Room was nice. Pleasant staff
Cons: Shower in bathroom. Have more frequent times throughout the day for the free shuttle bus.
Location: nice location
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Will most definitely stay at this hotel again.
