Nice hotel lovely staff

Second time staying at this hotel, very clean in all areas. Staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. Lots of activities at hotel throughout the week.

Excellent staff but disappointing hotel overall

Really impressed with staff-exceptionally helpful and genuinely kind and friendly. Quality of hotel disappointing though, especially for cost of stay. Definitely not a four star hotel. Environment around pool very unrelaxing and crowded, and quality of buffet breakfast was very poor, especially coffee and fruit juice! In spite of disappointing hotel characteristics, staff all did their upmost to ensure we were well looked after.

OK hotel to stay

Good hotel, good location etc . Only thing its bit oldish in deco. Needs to be updated to latest trend deco.

Pros: Location. Reception staff. Cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Entertainment was the only let down for us.
Location: Great supermarket at the bottom of the hill which has a cafe in it. Does steak/ potatoes/veg/pizza etc.
We enjoyed our stay very much from 27.07.17 until 03.08.17. Staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Room on 3rd floor was spacious and spotless with a lovely view of the pool and sea. We were just B&B and the food was ok, always found something to eat. The shuttle bus to and from 3 different locations was very handy also, as the hotel is up a hill which might prove difficult for anyone with walking difficulties.The only fault we found was the entertainment. We felt it was very poor during the day. Despite being by the pool most of the time the only enertainment we saw was from 3 in the afternoon e.g possibly a game of football / water polo / archery. The evening enertainment I cannot comment on as we went down to the venue every night to watch it but had to leave as it was impossible to get a seat. Despite it being a decent size venue there simply was not enough seats.

Pros: Food
Cons: classic room was not suitable for 2 adults + a 3 year old, that is what they offered + advised !
Location: hARD to find late at night,signs very misleading
Very disappointed at having to pay for car parking...safe box in room & the use of Gym in a 4 STAR HOTEL ??

Good hotel 10 minute walk into town down hill

Pros: Nice clean rooms friendly staff
Cons: More sun shades not enough for the amount of lounges
Location: Near to the old town which is more families the strip which is very young
Check in was easy the room was nice & clean with AC fair size balcony large enough for 2 people 2 pool areas with plenty of sun lounges but no enough sun shades defiantly need more of these. All the staff were friendly & breakfast was good served buffet style,there was enterteament most evenings based towards the children. Nice walk into town where the food was good.

Overall a decent hotel

The facilities are very good especially the pool and the staff was very polite. However, I think the food is a bit of a let down and a little bit overpriced especially the buffet dinner.

Checked in by 10:15 AM. Room was ready on arrival. Great friendly staff. Good AI food and drinks. 15/20 minute walk to escalator on fishermans beach 5E back in a cab.
