I'd stay for the customer service

customer service was excellent, fridge didn't work, forget sleeping w/the high screeching coming from the water pipes when a guest uses their shower, the blackout curtains don't do a thing to keep the light out, so be prepared to wake up when the sun rises and the pillows are super uncomfortable causing me to wake from what little sleep I did manage to squeeze in w/a screaming headache. The only thing that made the stay worthwhile is the front desk people were fantastic to me and my party members.
