Staff was always available and helpful although my request for fresh towels was not taken care of. The noise level from surrounding rooms was pretty loud. Overall satisfactory.
The rooms have poor sound shielding. I could easily hear a baby crying all night across the hall. Also no elevators. An older building. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff very nice. Restaurant in front of property also decent.

You are correct, we do not have an elevator and we do not advertise one. we do however have staff on hand to assist with luggage is needed. we do however have what i would consider and exceptional breakfast. I apologize for the noise as we are an older building as you state, however, we have staff 24 hours a day who can address these kinds of issues when they are happening instead of waiting until a point where nothing can be done about the situation.
I chose this location via expedia. It was close to the airport to catch our 9 am flight. When l was booking I really didn't read the reviews.
Big mistake on my part, lesson learned. This hotel was everything the reviews said and more. It was filthy and smelled of cat pee in the lobby. We canceled our reservations and went elsewhere and our money was not refunded. Not a great way to begin spring break.

There is only record of one reservation with your name on it which was cancelled. it was a prepaid reservation so your refund is through Expedia, not the hotel. You are literally the only person ever to have complained about a smell in the lobby leading me to believe that this is a false claim. Our hotel has a high rating on Expedia with mostly positive reviews so your claim of "didn't read the reviews" also rings hollow. While we are not the Stratosphere hotel, we are also not a dirty or "filthy" hotel as you claim. any refunds will have to go through Expedia as since you paid them and not the hotel for the reservation, we have no control over their refund policies.
The check in staff was nice. I didn’t like that the staff won’t come and do our towels and tissue unless we ask. We stayed 3 nights. Also our bathroom shower was hard to turn on and we hand to have staff come and help us. The shower drain ran slow we had our feet past our ankles in water. We had to find the maids to get more tissue paper.

Thank you for your feedback, did you report these issues to the front desk staff? The front desk is also available 24/7 if you need any toiletries or linens, they just aren't able to clean the room.
Parking was very limited and the spaces were so small you could barely get out of your vehicle!

Thin walls- heard my neighbors in their rooms all around and every car in the parking lot. The building/ rooms are old and worn. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable.
You get what you pay for I guess. We got a good deal on the rooms
As soon as checked in, we found no toilet paper. They did not clean the room and put new towels even after informing the staff while going out. Looked old standard compared to other hotels we stayed. Had issues with main door and bathroom door when opening and closing.

You are supposed to ask the desk for housekeeping requests. If you don't ask the front desk and instead tell a housekeeper. You did not go through the proper channels to request service, hence the reason that you did not receive stay over service. In the future please make sure any and all requests make it to the front desk as that is where we enter all correspondence to the proper departments.
We have multiple areas of parking available at the hotel. People tend to think our parking lot is much smaller than it actually is. if you have issues parking ask the desk and they can direct you to where more parking is available.

Thank you for your response! Our hotel does not have nor does it advertise an elevator, but the hotel is more than willing to put a guest on the first floor if we have the availability. If you decide that you do want second floor after all, the front desk staff is more than willing to assist with luggage up the stairs if needed.Thank you for your feedback in response to the parking, the hotel does have an additional parking lot in the rear that can be easier to navigate.
Rooms were clean and breakfast was ready at the time they said it would be.

Unfortunately they overbooked the hotel so when I arrived there was not a clean room for me. I waited about 10 minutes and in theory they cleaned a room for me, but it didn't feel clean. Breakfast was kinda meh.
Made a reservation at midnight for that night, arrived at 1 AM and they would not allow check in because 11 PM was latest time for check in. The room had been given away.
They refused to issue a credit.

Unfortunately, you did not arrive at 1AM, you arrived at 6AM. The staff member who assisted you attempted to check you in, but you provided a credit card that did not have your name on it, which is against hotel policy. You got mad at the front desk agent and told her that she "does her job too good".Our hotel does not have a limit on the time that a guest can check-in. So this is either an elaborate story just so you can leave a negative review, or you are confusing us with a different hotel.
The front desk staff is so courteous. It made for an easy check in. He even gave me a courtesy map to find our room easy. The room was clean the bed was clean thermostat worked wonderful but the parking spaces were painted by someone incompetent because an average size car barely fits so it’s door to door parking other than that the stay was good.

Thank you for your review. You are correct in that we do not have an elevator. We do have staff who are more than willing to carry your items up the steps for you if you ask.
Unbeatable value: minutes from airport and right next to a Village Inn. Vending machine on my floor didn't work, and when I went downstairs for the same item they charged a dollar more. Minor complaint. On the final day of my two day stay, though, they ran out of hot water - at 8 a.m. Shower water was cool to tepid. I cut the shower short.

My water turned freezing cold during my shower and when I spoke to management they did not care at all.

I believe the reason that "management did not care at all" is because you never spoke to management or asked for a manager.You requested a discount from our front desk staff on your prepaid reservation, they informed you that since you prepaid there is no physical way for us to provide you a discount on the reservation since you paid Expedia and not the hotel directly.I am very sorry that this issue occurred, and had you actually spoke to a member of management, I'm sure we could have reached a resolution that worked best for everyone involved.
