Staff were very thoughtful and put me in a separate building and beautiful room due to a large group of youth that were also staying at the hotel. Shuttle was great to get to an early morning flight.

At the time of check in.. there were only 2 people working. One had to leave to shuttle and the other was juggling phone calls and registering guest . It seemed the paperwork is too complicated. Almost 25 minutes to book in. The staff was very nice but needed more help. When it’s late and your tired you just want to get a room and go to bed..not stand around
It was not very clean and our door was a bit sketchy. I tried to shower and the tub filled with water and drained slowy so I couldn't or I felt like I would have been bathing in bleach.
Im not too picky, but I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

And yet you did not report any of these issues to the front desk so that they could provide you with a more suitable room. We're receiving this feedback after you have checked out where there is nothing that we can do to improve your stay.Furthermore, as a guest at a hotel, you have every right to check-out early if you aren't enjoying your stay or if our hotel is not the right fit for you, and this is something that you did not do either.Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention for the next guest, I just wish they were brought to us sooner so that we could have corrected these issues for you, too.
When check in Delta, it seems that my Dellta frequent flyer number was not transferred and I had to enter again. Strange, because the Global entry number is transferred to Delta no problem

We do not work with airlines in that way so I cannot tell you what the reasoning is for the failure to transfer your number over. We only receive the reservations and do not have any other interaction with the airline service.
It was clean. They were very accommodating. Felt safe there. Little noise but didn’t last long. People coming and going early morning. I would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for your review! I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Since you will be staying again, if there are any further issues with noise, inform staff as soon as the issue arises and they will take care of it for you. The Executive Building also has quieter rooms since there is less foot traffic, and those rooms are larger as well. I also recommend the second floor, and our front desk staff is more than willing to assist with luggage if you inform them that you would like help.
Unfortunately, since this is only a rating, I have no way of knowing or rectifying any issue you may have experienced at our property. However, I do not have any records of you making a complaint with our front desk staff either, so I assume whatever it was that made you unhappy wasn't severe.
Next time you leave a review, please write down the reason why you left the rating you did, so that we can address any issues you may have had while staying with us.
Staff was always available and helpful although my request for fresh towels was not taken care of. The noise level from surrounding rooms was pretty loud. Overall satisfactory.

The rooms have poor sound shielding. I could easily hear a baby crying all night across the hall. Also no elevators. An older building. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff very nice. Restaurant in front of property also decent.

You are correct, we do not have an elevator and we do not advertise one. we do however have staff on hand to assist with luggage is needed. we do however have what i would consider and exceptional breakfast. I apologize for the noise as we are an older building as you state, however, we have staff 24 hours a day who can address these kinds of issues when they are happening instead of waiting until a point where nothing can be done about the situation.
I chose this location via expedia. It was close to the airport to catch our 9 am flight. When l was booking I really didn't read the reviews.
Big mistake on my part, lesson learned. This hotel was everything the reviews said and more. It was filthy and smelled of cat pee in the lobby. We canceled our reservations and went elsewhere and our money was not refunded. Not a great way to begin spring break.

There is only record of one reservation with your name on it which was cancelled. it was a prepaid reservation so your refund is through Expedia, not the hotel. You are literally the only person ever to have complained about a smell in the lobby leading me to believe that this is a false claim. Our hotel has a high rating on Expedia with mostly positive reviews so your claim of "didn't read the reviews" also rings hollow. While we are not the Stratosphere hotel, we are also not a dirty or "filthy" hotel as you claim. any refunds will have to go through Expedia as since you paid them and not the hotel for the reservation, we have no control over their refund policies.
The check in staff was nice. I didn’t like that the staff won’t come and do our towels and tissue unless we ask. We stayed 3 nights. Also our bathroom shower was hard to turn on and we hand to have staff come and help us. The shower drain ran slow we had our feet past our ankles in water. We had to find the maids to get more tissue paper.

Thank you for your feedback, did you report these issues to the front desk staff? The front desk is also available 24/7 if you need any toiletries or linens, they just aren't able to clean the room.
Parking was very limited and the spaces were so small you could barely get out of your vehicle!

Thank you for your feedback! There is a parking lot in front of the hotel and behind it. The front desk is available 24/7 if you need help finding a parking spot.

Thin walls- heard my neighbors in their rooms all around and every car in the parking lot. The building/ rooms are old and worn. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable.
You get what you pay for I guess. We got a good deal on the rooms
As soon as checked in, we found no toilet paper. They did not clean the room and put new towels even after informing the staff while going out. Looked old standard compared to other hotels we stayed. Had issues with main door and bathroom door when opening and closing.

You are supposed to ask the desk for housekeeping requests. If you don't ask the front desk and instead tell a housekeeper. You did not go through the proper channels to request service, hence the reason that you did not receive stay over service. In the future please make sure any and all requests make it to the front desk as that is where we enter all correspondence to the proper departments.
