Very nice! Clean and quiet with security. Close to old town - walkable. Staff were nice and professional, we felt welcome. Service in the lounge was great and had live relaxing music. We had the small plates which were yummy. We plan on returning when back in Albuquerque.

Very clean rooms and safe. Bar and restaurant options on site were fantastic. We would only offer that having the shuttle service more on demand and running more often would be a great amenity!

The property is old and dated. My bathroom sink drained very slowly and needed cleaning out. The noise from the freeway and the refrigerator made it hard to sleep. It was overpriced for what you got. I will not be staying there again.

This is a quaint cute property, very new updated and clean. Your room will be very clean and modern. Staff is very nice. We were able to check in late when traveling from far away.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious and beautiful with a very nice bathroom. It had a Kuerig for coffee or tea as well and included a hair dryer. There’s a wonderful restaurant just off the lobby called Wild Avocado which was a great surprise and very delicious for dinner. We had breakfast at Starbucks across the street. All in all a great experience. We’ll be back!

The hotel was wonderful for our stay. Our room was very pleasant. Front desk staff were welcoming & helpful all the time. The restaurant offers free breakfast to Best Western Rewards members. Restaurant also has a good dinner menu.

Very nice, convenient & friendly stay.
Nice hotel, conveniently located near Old Town. Staff was friendly, especially guest receptionist Darry and waitress Samantha. The room was spacious. Other small but positive things: 1. A Nescafé coffee machine with espresso drink options. 2. Two luggage stands in the room (I never understood why you typically get only one for two guests). 3. Electrical & USB connectivity on the nightstands.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Manager Anthony was very professional and very flexible in solving a problem we had and needed extended time. Our only complaint was the extremely stained rug in our room.
