Worse bed ever slept inPosted Oct 4, 2015
Had to call engineer up because toilet wouldnt flush, problem never resolved properly, not engineers fault, toilet needs to be replaced. The bed was way way to soft, like sleeping on a overused trampoline. No elevator near our room, stairs only option. Breakfast was inedible

Great hotel, highly recommend.Posted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: Full Breakfast/ 2 Complimentary drinks Monday through Saturday - Their staff are very helpful. Outdoor pool and spa and workout area are available.
Cons: New Carpeting in the room and hallway needs to be replaced.
Location: Easily accessible to both interstates I-25/I-40. 5 minutes from Albuquerque's museums, restaurants, Old town plaza and 10 minutes from the airport..
We usually visit New Mexico in September. I originally found this hotel through AAA. They came highly recommended. Their customer service is outstanding. Their full breakfast is great. The hotel is very convenient from I-25 and I-40 and 10 minutes from the Albuquerque Sun port Airport. Never had a bad experience with Clubhouse Suites in Albuquerque. Looking forward to next year and our visit back in New Mexico and staying at this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albuquerque.

Convenient & ComfortablePosted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: Location, comfort of the room, food area and reception area! Microwave, small refer, coffee machine and hair dryers all provided in the room.
Cons: The courtyard trees are in bad shape. Need to be doctored before they are completely dead!
Location: Junction of the 40/25 interstate highways, close to so many restaurants, movies and the State Fair grounds!
At the juncture of the 40 & 25 interstate highways - easy in and out - very nice facility - friendly staff, and other than horrid scrambled eggs (way over cooked) the breakfast fare was good. (Manager said he will address this issue.) Make your own waffles was a fun experience & heated syrup excellent! Getting around the area was very easy - on a main drag that was easy to drive! Liked the facility very much and would most definitely stay there again. Room was pool side, with a nice easy walk out to the patio. And one of the vending machine in the hall was for ice cream! My husband was very impressed! And the free drinks at happy hour each night was pretty cool - non alcoholic or not - all was good and even some muchies to go with! Nice touch! And there be bar-b-que's as well! Didn't have to unpack mine which we took with us to Taos before coming down to Albuquerque!

Good sized room. Quiet and convenient location.Posted Sep 5, 2015
Pros: There's an evening reception with complimentary beverages. It was nice to get a drink and sit out on the patio by the pool enjoying the weather.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but the eggs were a bit dry and the coffee was weak. Waffles and sausage were good. Nice large area for eating.
Location: Only stayed one night as it was a stop on a longer journey, so don't know about the area. But the location was easy to find and freeway accessible.
We liked the room. It was quiet except that the window a/c rattled some, as you might expect from that type unit. Overall it wasn't bad though. The bed was comfortable, but the support was strage. The bed moved horizontally at the slightest move, so every time one of us turned over, the bed shook for several seconds. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Very nice pet friendly hotel, would recommend it.Posted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: Quiet and comfortable.
Location: Easy access to area attractions. Plaza and museums are all about 10-15 minutes away and it is a very straight easy to follow route from the hotel.
Friendly helpful staff. Food better than a typical hotel/motel brunch.

Nice ExperiencePosted Aug 4, 2015
the hotel was really nice, the staff was excellent and very helpful. the extras were the best, from the breakfast to the free drinks, even the cookies at the front desk. when i'm in town in a couple of months i'll definitely be checking out the Clubhouse Inn.

Enjoyed our stay.Posted Aug 1, 2015
We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would comment would be the breakfast. We were their for 6 days. Change the menu, more variety.

It just misses being a condoPosted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: There was a table outside where my wife and I played cards and talked with some of the other guests. There was a free laundry room with soap provided
Cons: Better parking. It required that your car undergo a contortionists maneuvers to get in and out of our parking area.
Location: It's location was right in the middle of town and we generally could walk to events nearby. We did drive to go hiking, see the opera house, and eat.
The accommodations were substandard. Admittedly that was explained at the beginning, but being substandard is still not a complement. The unit has no oven, has a much smaller than standard refrigerator and the silverware has to be kept in a kitchen cabinet. After being there 1 day, we requested that they fix a clogged sink, repair a drying towel hanger that had come off the wall and get the toilet to stop running. After 2 days we asked that they repair the toilet that kept running and repair a squeaky door to the bathroom. After 3 days we asked that they repair the toilet again and we reported two bugs, one on my wife's pillow, and after that we just kept jiggling the handle until it was quiet. The bug man was supposed to show up at 9:00 am. He showed up at 3:00pm and perhaps sprayed the place. On our last day I found a live spider crawling around our bath tub and disposed of it down our now non-stop toilet. Oh, yeah. there is no swimming pool or exercise gym.
