Smelly and worn room but great staff

Cons: The room smelled very bad, it was very humid and damp in the room. Very worn, paint chipped in the bathroom ceiling and cracks and holes in the walls with dirty shower head. Pros: Very comfortable bed and extremely nice and friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Good breakfast too.

Rental Car Breakdown

Pros: quiet, clean, and a good nights sleep
Location: a couple miles from shopping
very nice hotel, a little difficult to find, behind a Burger King

Pros: I liked the size of the hotel because it was small and it was quiet. The staff was friendlyand it had some hot items as well as traditional fare for breakfast.
Cons: The carpet had a large stain on it and although the beds were comfortable, they were a little on the soft side.

A bit difficult to find.

Pros: Very clean
Excellent stay. Fresh coffee and warm breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly & Helpful Staff

Pros: That the AC worked great and didn't have to run constantly like most hotels.
Cons: The bathroom had a slight smell of urine
Location: Close to the Balloon fiesta park, easy access to lots of restaurants and bars and short drive to downtown ABQ.
The hotel staff were great. Always greeted us each morning, asked what we were up to and if there was any directions or help we needed.

Albuquerque Moving Experience

The day clerk was rude and complained the whole time trying to help me that she was supposed to be off and that she had been trying for over an hour to eat her lunch. She was tired of the interruptions. Although I was requesting to check in an hour early because of needing to rest a bad back, she could have been more pleasant. The key only worked for about 3 hours then had to be re-set.

Side Door Issues

Side doors were difficult to get into....swiping card was a hit or miss. Mostly a "MISS", need to make it easier to get into the building. Staff was friendly.
