Hotel was nice, clean and close to amenities but the best part of this stay was the staff! They were FABULOUS! They went above and beyond for us

Get away

The room was hot, air conditioner didn't work too well and was really loud. The bed was not very comfortable and the bed comforter had blood stains on it. We were very disappointed with our stay

I do apologize for the inconveniences during your stay. Unfortunately if the temperature is below 60 degrees outside and the thermostat is lowered with the AC on, it will not work properly as the manufacturer has designed it this way so it will continue to work correctly in normal circumstances. I did have someone check it as soon as I was aware of it and just to make sure we did replace it with a brand new unit.

Excellent Location

Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Cons: We were in a room that had a door to the adjoining room - the noise from the yapping dog and the baby crying woke us up several times. Can't be fixed
We've stayed at this hotel twice as it is very close to family who live in Albuquerque. It is very close to Interstate 25 and just a few miles from the Balloon Fiesta - probably great views of the balloons from the north or west side of the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

Pros: Easy to get to and back on Freeway.
Cons: Ice machine on each floor.
Stayed on the third floor at the end of the hall. Elevator service to the floor, but had to go back to first floor to get ice. has a indoor pool and hot tub. Room was okay. Had to drive 2 miles to a restaurant to eat. although Burger King is right next door for fast food.

Great Hotel -- Hard to get to!

Pros: the room was great and we enjoyed the breakfast
Cons: Signs indicating entrance to front of hotel from streets.
Location: Just passing through on our trip back home.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Great room and breakfast. Our only issue with this hotel is it was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The address of the hotel is actually a side street that takes you to the back of the hotel where there are no signs to indicate an entrance. We finally found an entrance in the back fence that was partially blocked by a truck with trailer and was able to get around to the front of the building. It turns out that the hotel faces the back side of a gas station but doesn't have a "front entrance" or a street at the front of the building. This hotel hasn't made any effort to identify their building with a sign or light up the "back" entrance and anyone arriving in the dark will have a very hard time finding this hotel. The truck/trailer blocking the driveway was another guest of the hotel and the management has asked him several times to move his truck out of the driveway.

Pros: The kids loved the pool and hot tub.
Cons: Eggs were a little cold, however we got down to breakfast at about 8:45
Traveled with our daughters family, 2 year old and 5 year old. They set us up with attaching rooms. Good breakfast. Easy on off to freeway.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

The adjoining rooms were clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were very welcome accommodations after a long day on the road.
