Nice hotel quite far from downtown

Pros: Bed, staff and breakfast
Cons: more options for the breakfast
Location: It is a bit far from the downtown
The bed and the room were really nice and clean. It makes you feel really comfortable. It was quite, no noises that can disturb you. Good bed to sleep and rest. Nice breakfast and staff.

Nice clean rooms and great hospitality

Enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn, the service was great and the employees were friendly. The rooms were clean. I'd stay here again for the next visit.

It was a place to sleep

The room I stayed in was missing part of the extra safety door latch, so the door can only be opened so far. One of the two rolls of toilet paper had no toilet paper on it when I arrived. The other roll had about 1/3 remaining. The parking lot is well lite in front, but your room curtains are not able to close fully so you are not able to get your room dark. The parking lot looks like it is an oval and you can make a loop. Not so, and there is no warning until you are at the gate. If you have an RV, moving truck or are pulling a trailer, this is not the hotel to stay at. The available parking is only for cars and is difficult for anything larger. The breakfast options were okay. The juice machine was not working the morning I was there. Don't use their address on GPS to locate the entrance. That will take you behind the building with no access to the parking lot. Enter off Almeda next to the Chevron gas station. The bedding and towels appeared clean. The beds were a little soft for me, but were comfortable. They do have 'green' toilets, where you can flush using less water. Two stars is a stretch for me, more like 1.5 stars. I will try somewhere else next time.

I do apologize for the inconveniences you encored during your stay. We are continually doing everything we can to make things great at this hotel. I appreciate your bringing the issues to my attention that you did so I am able to address them right away. As our sign states, we are happy to open up the gate for entrance if you will call the # on the sign. This does provide easy access. The juice machine was repaired right away. I do hope you take the time to stay with us again.

Nice place to stay, easy to get to

Nice place to stay. The room was clean and inviting. There was no ice machine on the third floor and the toilet flushed it self every thirty minutes and the pool had a lot of chlorine in it. But breakfast was good and the staff was nice. All in all it was a nice stay.

Pros: quick check in and out
no problem with anything. enjoyed our stay. We didn't stay in our room very much just stayed the night went for a gradutation

More than a two star hotel

Casey the desk clerk was polite & efficient. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Bad choice of hotel!

Front staff was ruded, lacked any customer service. Room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was non-smoking room.
