FCFS Business

Don't think you have a room even if you prepaid. It is still fcfs. They refunded money and booked my carpool into another hotel. Rooms are dirty, especially the bathroom. Pool not cleaned either. No manager available.

I was so sorry to hear of your troubles. We did have a maintenance issue that required us to take the room your fiends should have had out of order which forced us to send them to the hotel next door at our expense. Had we known you were all traveling together we would have done everything we could to keep you together. We simply had no way of knowing.

Great hotel, friendly staff and very clean room. We would definitely recommend this hotel and also at an affordable price.

Our stay was wonderful. The people working there were so nice and friendly. The room was great, however the bathroom was quite small. Overall great

Great Hotel

Stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Room was clean. Bed were comfortable. Loved the pillows. I was a bit concerned because my room was on the first floor by the lobby and I thought it would be noisy. But, I didn't hear anyone the entire stay. Breakfast had all the basics and was good. Great stay for the price.

Over all it was very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with damage to the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak from the bathroom above. Service was good. Hotel was quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfort Inn ABQ

Requested a no-smoking room but you could obviously tell that someone had smoked in that room. I mentioned it to the front desk that I was OK with staying there but that it wasn't me that smoked. I wish I had requested another room.

I apologize if someone had smoked in your room prior to you staying there. When we are aware of this we do have a $200 fee we charge the guest for doing this however the smell can still be difficult to remove. I will look into what we can do to get that room taken care of. Pleasant night stay

Pros: Everything worked as it was supposed to. Breakfast was excellent.
Location: Only spent the night. We were traveling to Denver.
Directions were easy to follow. Location was right off Interstate and quiet inside. Room was clean and room to move around easily. In room individual coffee cup maker was a surprise and the coffee was great. The breakfast in the morning was better than expected. Scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, etc all tasted great and fresh. I haven't traveled in years and wasn't expecting something so different than past experiences. It was a pleasant, restful and completely enjoyable experience. And the price fir the budget easily. If traveling through Albuquerque again would definately stay here again.

Wonderful experience

From the moment we walk in the door the staff was great. We were running late for the conference and gladjy looked up the address and printed it up for us. We were there for 3 days and the staff became like family. They were remodeling the second floor. We were on the 3rd floor and I would have to say it needed some work. But the bed was comfortable and things were clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
