Horrible customer service.

The room had been prepaid for three nights and still they did not reserve it because we didn't check in on first night. Indeed, they had been paid and still profited by booking room to another traveler! The hotel staff was rude and told us the had no other vacancies. Obviously, i do not recommend this hotel! Worst experience ever! It turned out to be best we didn't stay as the appearance upon first glance was outdated hotel that does not meet standard for Comfort Inn. We stayed at Hilton Garden which was a comets opposite experience.., courteous staff with clean and updated rooms!
