We were very happy with our stay at Comfort Suites. It was clean room with a comfortable bed. Also it was quite so we were able to get a good nights rest.

The rooms smelt like the carpets had just been cleaned. The A/C unit was loud when it kicked on. It was a nice clean hotel and very convent off the freeway. I would stay their again.

Staff friendly and polite throughout our stay . AC loud and noisy so chose to turn it off .

Pros: Location
We stay here often. My only problem is that parents will not teach their kids not to jump and yell in their rooms. Not hotels fault. Inconsiderate people.......

Great hotel noisy air-conditioning unit

We loved the room! It was very spacious and kids loved being able to watch their own shows at the end of the day with the extra tv. My only one BIG problem was the air conditioning unit. It was sooooooo loud it kept hubby and I up most of the night.

Pros: Everything!!! and being Pet Friendly was a big plus for us.
Cons: I think families with "active" kids should be on the 1st floor. We could hear the kids running jumping screaming etc. above us.
Front desk clerk was polite and check in was fast and easy. Our room was clean, spacious and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. I liked the continental breakfast. It was simple and they NEVER ran out of food drinks or other items. The location was perfect for us Starbucks, restaurants and the Balloon Park. We liked it so much that I already booked a room for May
