Was in line to check and heard 3 people in front of me complaining about there rooms, one said it was dirty, another that’s he had found clothes under the sheets, and the worst that there was bed bugs. I immediately called Expedia and told them my situation. At first they didn’t want to refund till I mentioned the bed bugs and how it was a health issue and right away they refunded my money.

Do not book this hotel if you value your health, safety, and property. We pulled up to the property and at the gate were two passed out people laying in the driveway and several more transients leaning on the gate. While canceling my reservation 3 other very sketchy people walked across the parking lot inside the security gate and joined the transients leaning on the gate. Expedia should not offer this property as an option to book. Very unsafe.

If you need a sign on why not to book here let this be it… I wish I could share the pictures & videos I took of this horrendous place nothing like the pictures they advertise with but no option is given at the moment so I’ll explain. The first red flag was that the area looked like homeless central, dirty & all kinds of sketchy zombie like people roaming around, another red flag was that when I went to check in the lady said the room didn’t have a key so every time I left & came back I’d have to let them know so they could let me in or lock it, once I walk into the room automatically my head starts hurting from the very bad smell of smoke, ashtray & ass (none smoke room) the comforter had foot prints as if someone had jumped on the bed I called the front desk to switch me rooms or at least come & change the sheets , when she goes to change the sheets as soon as she took of the comforter & a layer of sheets it revealed another layer of sheets full of blood , pee stains & what seemed to be blue tooth paste or something, I never left a premises so quick in my life once I left there was all types of crackheads in the parking lot it was terrible. If you’re into shelter like places this is for you. Being from out of town & Not being familiar with the Albuquerque area I didn’t know this was probably the ghetto part of town I was tired & booked last minute so I didn’t even take my time to look through the reviews or ratings, Needless to say I left & booked at best wester plus

The room was filthy. The sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The fire alarm has a speed stick deodorant sticker over it like somebody was smoking in here the outlets and covers on a couple of in our room need attention. The bathtub doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since the day it was put in there’s black appears to be mold or dirt on the bottom of the shower curtain Hole in the bathroom door and then on the floor, I don’t know what is stuck to the floor, but it’s not part of the floor Overall, this is got to be one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

It's so bad that we never unloaded the car. We decided to lose the prepaid money and find another hotel. I saw two drug deals and a prostitute at the Motel 6 next door come out of a room counting cash as we were figuring out what to do. I'm truly not exaggerating. The only positive is that the desk person was very nice.

Front desk staff very friendly. Room was very dirty. Hair all over the bath tub. Toilet would not flush. Big stain on counter top. The dead bolt hole was blocked by heavy duty tape. Had to remove it to lock the door. Security latch on the door was broken. People walking back and forth in front of our room all night long. Did not feel safe.

Mi estancia fue muy desagradable la habitación estaba sucia había papel sucio colgado en las lamparas una de las toallas estaba sucia baje al el frondesk para comunicar el estado de la habitación aparte no tenia control la tv y el joven de recepción dijo que no tenia mas toallas limpias y controles extras….. en el estacionamiento havia personas sin hogar drogandose tanto afuera como dentro de cuartos de la planta baja.. por la mañana baje con mis hijos a tomar el desayuno y el comedor estaba lleno de esas personas que duermen en calle y no pudimos ni tomar jugo hoo cafe 😠😠. No suelo ser una persona muy exigente pero si pago por una habitación para descansar lo menos que espero es esta situación definitivamente no volvere a hospedarme aiii y no lo recomiendo es por eso mi opinión

Drug deal going down at the floor below us at 2am. Limited towels and toilet paper available, we bought our own toilet paper. Staff seemed to want to help but owner didn't supply the goods. Door to bathroom in the lobby wouldn't shut for privacy. Bathroom in our room needed repair. We left a day early, tried to let the front desk know but no one was available at all. The indoor pool was not heated, it was freezing and couldn't be used, I would never have chosen this motel if I had know that.

Stay away from this place its dirty unsanitary and the electricsl plugs did not work, there was no shower curtain, no wash cloths no towls nothing, the window curtain was falling off the window you could not adjust the heater there was no continetal breakfast and thd person working the desk was very unprofessional and very rude

This Place Blows
First thing we noticed was the prostitute sitting in the lobby. That should have been the first clue. The restroom in the lobby wouldn’t shut or even lock! The rooms were dirty, the furniture had stains, cigarette burns on the bedspread. No coffee maker in the room. No cover on the outlet, no drain plug in the sink, The migrants wouldn’t be happy here. Neither would any homeless people. I have been a member of Hotels.Com for several years and I highly recommend you take them off your list. They would be giving you a bad name.

There is so much needed to make this a viable property to stay at. There's no housekeeping unless requested. The ice machine is inoperable. The hot tub was out of order. The floors in the room had not been cleaned/mopped. The phone in room didn't work, couldn't reach the front desk. No food for breakfast. No coffee in the room. The facility needs major repairs.

The bathtub handle was broken off had nearly no hot water, the tv remote was missing and the buttons on the tv it self did not work so no tv, half of the plug ins did not work, the bed was made with the blanket on the bottom and the sheet on the top, the phone was not even plugged in it was sitting in the night stand drawer. The surrounding era was really bad, people doing drugs in the parking lot. Would not recommend this location to anyone!!!!!!

This place was terrible. We did not even stay the whole night. The front desk person told us we got a room that had just been updated with new shower head so we got the "fun" room. WTH???? She didn't mention that it wasn't a completed job because there was a hole up where the shower head goes, and it was hanging out of it. There were flies in the room, the bathroom floor didn't look like it had been mopped in maybe a month, and the tub was dirty. The light to the sink/mirror area was burnt out, there was some kind of drywall stuff all over the bed, and the comforter was dirty. Also, it was so noisy outside. They have a gate surrounding the property and right where our room was, is the opening for the gate and every time a car drove through it you could hear the track for the gate jostle loudly. There were what I can only assume were meth heads outside and we just didn't feel safe, and we didn't feel like we would even be able to sleep in such a dirty place. If I could have, I would have given this place a minus 10 stars. Do not stay at this place.
