Love staying here with the family the amenities alone are a nice touch. The breakfast is always amazing with the later evening kick back. The hotel rooms are always well kept and clean never have a worry staying at the Drury the food options in the area are excellent and so many options to chose from.

Make sure you have your ID if you want your free adult beverage. I am over 40 and didn't have my ID as I have not been carded in years, and the woman would not serve me. She told me anyone who appears to be under the age of 30 must show their ID. Although I was flattered, I was also a little annoyed. My adult daughter did get my drink for me although the same woman kept examining my daughter's ID because she thought it was fake. Other than that we had no problems during our stay. We love staying at the Drury and will continue.

My hotel room was exactly as stated on Expedia. Clean and Comfortable. What I didn’t plan on was a surcharge on top of this hotel claiming it was “pet friendly “ on Expedia. I was charged $50 per night for a 10 pound dog. I would have found a different hotel had I have known this before booking.

Check in we discovered that they no longer offered airport shuttle but was told at check in they would call a cab for us just to find out at 3 a.m. that that was incorrect and we had to find our own way...person at the counter was really very short with us when we told her that was the info we received from the check in person

There was a party in the room next door started at 1200am ended at 400am. The hotel employee went to the room at least three times with no results.

i like when elevator was sturck on fourth floor maintenace fix super fast. The pool was clean and correct temp. every had a smile and greeted you like good morning oe good eveing. evening meals are great.

Albuquerque is a crime laden city. My vehicle was broken into while staying at this property. It's sad to see soooo many families trying to spend quality time with their children and yet be in a hazardous environment. Albuquerque needs to seriously address their crime problem so the many families visiting there will want to come back.
