The property was in fair condition and the front desk staff were very helpful, but the floors were dirty when I checked in and staff did not clean anything or make the beds on any of the days I stayed (they only replaced towels). My room included a coffee maker, iron, and ironing board, but these items were missing from the room of one of my traveling companions. His door was also severely dented (as if someone had previously tried to kick in the door).

Terrifying *crime ridden ,dirty area,where the poor homeless people with drug problems approached constantly, wanting money,& digging cigarette butts out of outdoor ashtrays. Even the staff said it was too unsafe to walk around by myself and there was nothing open to eat or drink. ***VERY upset that Expedia would book a single elderly woman traveler at this unsafe hotel. *** No amenities, no elevator,so i had to struggle up the outdoor steep broken stairs..The pool was closed and tarped,and locked up. *To their credit the staff was very kind *and changed my dirty sheets with *hair in it *the very 1st night. The pipes squeaked all night and the weirdos outside loitering ,had me up all night. The free breakfast was awful and the coffee was brown *water! Also the cable went out at least 7 times so they had to come to my room often. NO Saftey locks inside! I felt vulnerable! It was so scary that I left a day early,and had to book a room at another hotel that cost me $170..for one nite! I want a refund! The staff was trying to rectify the many issues,but said no refund even tho i left a day early. I can't believe Expedia would send a single elderly woman in terrifying neighborhood.

Not Fancy, But Comfortable and Affordable
The staff was incredibly friendly, and remembered me from check-in when I checked out, asking about how my night was (I was in town for a Kingdom Collapse/Nothing More concert). The room was adequate for my needs (a few hours' sleep before making the 7-hour ride home). It was clean, the mattress was comfortable, I could tell it had been remodeled recently. Things I found that were not so perfect: the scarcity of outlets is surprising (glad I didn't bring my laptop because I'm not sure where I would've plugged it in), the toilet needs to be re-adhered to the bathroom tile, and the shower (while clean), looked like it could use a basic remodel. WiFi was great, though, and the pillows were adequate. I would stay there again for the price I paid and the friendly service.
