Nice hotel, beautiful atrium

Pros: Beautiful hotel atrium. Beautiful city skyline from our room.
Cons: The indoor pool being heated. The hot tub was wonderful!
We loved the evening snacks and big delicious breakfast. The hotel had 9 floors, we loved the indoor elevator with a giant window overlooking atrium.

Cons: WISH THE BREAKFAST AREA WOULD OPEN EARLIER FOR THOSE FROM A DIFF/TIME ZONE.
ALWAYS A GREAT STAY, GOOD LOCATION. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY.

Pros: Complementary breakfast
Cons: Better your customer service by far.
Booked hotel days in advance and when we arrived room was not ready for us. Almost one hour in after complaining for the second time they attended us. This delayed our plans by 1 hour. One working elevator only not to mention over packed everywhere... Pool was over packed and had to be on a waiting list for hours. With kids this is a must... Had to go downstairs to Request 2 blankets because no one answered the phone, in which they only brought us 1. Hotel could use a lit. upgrade. Customer service was not up to our expectations. The only one that was nice was the cart gentleman. Ladies that checked us in could not even greet us. The same with cocktail servers and were not professional at all. Not what we expected.

Great stay at Embassy suites

This place is great. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. And the atmosphere is relaxing. The location was great for getting to and from where we wanted to go.

Comfortable

Location: Very convenient to all areas of the city, just off one of the main through streets.
Comfortable bed, Some wear and tear showing in decor, but not a big deal.. Great breakfast and happy hour included. I had probably one of the crappiest views because I got such a deal on the room, so if you don't want to look out at a roof full of equipment, be willing to pay more.

Close to hospital

Pros: Just blocks from childrens hospital
Cons: Desk could of been more helpful
Location: Location fine
No ironing board in room. The people nest door very noisy very late at night. Called front desk and they came to my room and asked what was the problem, so security asked them to be a little quieter which they did for a few minutes before starting again, this was two in the morninv. We were scheduled to be at the hospital at 730 for granddaughters surgery, which we missed, by the time we finally went to sleep, we missed alarm.Talked to front desk all they could tell me was sorry.

Nice and comfortable - and great happy hour!

The front desk is tucked away on the side and that's fine by me; makes it more inviting. The room was nice, minus the strands of hair in the bottom of the trash can and a small but I found near the tub. But seriously, nothing to get worked up over. The room itself is nice, everything works. My husband tried out the pool and said it was decent, clean. Later we went to happy hour. Appetizers were ok but not amazing. At least they had fresh fruit and veggies. Also, drinks and no maximum. :) Later we hit the bar (were in town for a concert) and service was quick and efficient. Being that it was a Wednesday night, we didn't party like it's 1999 but a few libations were well made. Beds are comfortable, room is quiet, and view is nice. Overall, we'd stay here again.

Good hotel

Pros: The breakfast, clean room, friendly staff.
Cons: They couldn't fix the safe in the room, though they tried. Also the wifi was awful.
Stayed with my son and daughter in a two room suite. My son slept on the couch,. The room was clean, the staff friendly. Good value for the money, especially when you throw in the free breakfast - including freshly made omelets - and the free happy hour.
