Für Kurzurlaub ok, Wlan leider kostenpflichtig

Das Hotel und die Zimmer wirkt in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch gepflegt und sauber. Pool ist für ein Spa Hotel leider etwas zu klein geraten (Beschilderung weist auf Kapazitätsbegrenzung und ggf. Schließung hin) Freundliches und nettes Personal. Man ist schnell im Zentrum von Albuquerque.

Great and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Easy access to hotel from freeway. Close to everything in Albuquerque.

Close to downtown

We had bad experience at embassy suites hotel. Even though is an excellent hotel, good rooms, nice and clean suites, but we experienced a plumbing problem. Each time the upper level rooms ran water through their sink, a black water came out on our sink and overflowed to the floor. We told the manager and he sent a maintenance person. The maintenance person fixed momentarely but later the problem continued. We left earlier than check out time. We didn't receive any apologize and we paid the full amount for the room.

Upgraded to Executive Level Suite b/c our room wasn't ready! We had a great stay and this hotel is nice! FREE cocktails & snacks everyday from 5:30-7:30 and FREE breakfast every morning 6:00-9:00...

Pros: Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean.
Cons: We prefer an outdoor pool.
Location: Sandia Tram and hiking at the top.
We were in over the 4th. The front desk staff recommended the Tram at Sandia and hiking there. We really enjoyed that. Also recommended a restaurant that we enjoyed.

The Tram area is very good for hiking. I have gone a couple times myself. There is more hiking trails a little further out we can share with you if you return again.

Nice in town get away

Staff was so amazing! Only issue is breakfast the next morning felt like I was not quite welcomed until I said I'm guest and my room number is blah blah other then that everyone was so welcoming

Some guy laying carpet not very pleasant. They need to find contractors who represent Hilton better.

The Ice Hot tub

We have stayed before and have always been pleased. This stay however we found the pool uncomfortably cool and the hot tub colder!!
