embassy suites of albuquerque n.m.

Pros: suite two rooms a bedroom and a sitting room
Cons: newer beds
Location: Old town albuquerque and the museum of albuquerque in old town great! Indian cultural center close to airport
1st room toilet made a lot of noise moved to a different room no problem. Memorial day weekend massive amounts of kids just running thru the halls but not something they had any real control over the staff was overwhelmed. bed very soft but sleepable. The staff would do anything they possibly could do for you ,Just ask! stayed 12 days.

Location of this hotel is great! It is real close to about anything you are doing. Great staff. Wonderful accommodations. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great location to airport and other areas to visit

Wonderful stay....the hotel was perfect with the location, providing free breakfast with omelette station, social hour in the afternoons, available room service, etc.

Lots of kids

Pros: Layout is nice, closely located to many attractions, food service provided is good.
Cons: Try to reserve a few floors to kids and families only.
The hotel was nice, the breakfast served each morning was very good. There were lots of kids which limited the amount of time the pool could be used and there was lots of noise in and around the facility (might want to check this before booking). We were also charged for a room service that we did not request. When I asked the hotel staff about it, I was informed they would check the receipts and let me know. The charge still showed up on my card but hopefully will be removed. I asked who the charge was supposed to go to and was told they had no idea.

Looks decent on the outside, at least

I've stayed at Embassy Suites before, and I always had a decent stay. This time was different. I checked into my room, and there was urine all over the bathroom, like someone forgot to clean it. We're talking about puddles. Dark yellow puddles around the toilet. Gross. So, my wife and I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist and get checked into a different room. The receptionist was nice, and got us a different room, but he called the manager over to take our complaint, who was dismissive and a little argumentative about the state of the room. In the next room we got, there was some kind of bodily fluid stain all over one of the pillowcases. Really, it's anyone's guess what it was. Thought about trying for a different room again, but we were already waiting on food to be delivered to that room. Brought the pillow back down to the manager, who said he'd get us a replacement, but never did. After a long day's drive, I was hoping to have a relaxing, romantic evening in our hotel room with my wife, but she was understandably way too grossed out for any of that. The next morning, we told the daytime manager, who was really nice and apologetic about it. She offered us a really good deal on our next stay at the Albuquerque Embassy Suites, which was a nice gesture, but I don't think we're ever going to be able to use it, since we probably won't be back in Albuquerque anytime soon. Oh well. Definitely won't be recommending this place. Even Motel 6 is nicer.

Good hotel but overly priced!

Pros: room size and breakfast
Cons: noise after hours and remote controls that work
Location: good location
Room size was excellent! Remotes to the TV's didn't work, the beds were not so comfortable and there were kids running around the hallways late in the evening when I was trying to sleep. Good breakfast.

Cons: Our room was warm and didn't seem to respond to A/C
We are sold on Embassy Suites! Our children loved the elevators, breakfasts, pools, snacks in the room, and the balcony views. Staff was kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
