Barely ok.

Run down hotel that needs to better monitor smoking on the premises.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, wonderful and friendly staff.
Cons: Better insulation/sound dampening in adjoining walls, or padding on the backs of headboards!
Through no fault of the staff (who were all wonderful, friendly and helpful!) nor the room standards, the room was clean, comfortable and well laid out. Everything worked. The only problem is the fact you have headboards on very thin, adjoining walls. This means when the old lady in 205 is trying to sleep, she was subjected to the incessant headboard banging a mere 6 inches away as the occupants of 203 seemed determined to start a fire in a pile of wet leaves with all the requisite moaning and groaning. Ah, youth! They did it not once, not twice but went for the trifecta! Only after pounding on said thin wall and advising the young gentleman that his female companion was indeed faking it and that NO ONE likes adult relations performed at that speed did the noise cease. Perhaps making sure the headboards are not back-to-back? Or perhaps a bit of sound dampening insulation in the shared walls during construction.

Close to Airport.

Pros: Close Proximity to airport
Cons: Bathroom vent fans are very very loud.
Extended Stay is a "bare bones" product... but they do that product well.

Pros: location
Cons: everything..... lighting, mirrors, pillows, vending machines, ice machines, towels,chairs
didn't care for this hotel the employees were wonderful but cant say same for the rest of the place

The elevator was dirty, The hallway floor had spots and it smell. The Room was small and it did not look comfortable. Not a good hotel.

Don't book for the included breakfast

Admittedly I am on a budget. But when the hotel offers a free continental breakfast and that consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and one packet of oatmeal this does not live up to my standard of free continental breakfast. Nor did the staff or management apparently have the authority to purchase items for the continental breakfast as I was told they've been waiting on a truck for a few weeks.

Dirty.

When we check in the guy at the front desk was very nice. But when we went to are room the beds we not change the shower had so much hair. He was nice to change are room. So the next morning to men were fighting. We couldn't stay anymore.we check out.

Close to airport. Staff nice. Coffee and small assortment of pre-packaged breakfast muffins, granola bars, etc. for their grab n go breakfast.

Good hotel for the price

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value especially for longer stays or if you don't want to eat out, as the rooms are a good size and include a basic kitchen. Breakfast was just a muffin and coffee, but the hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants. Like many lower tier hotel chains, this hotel is built to a price so be aware that sound travels between rooms and that can affect the quality of the stay.
