Went in to check in at 5:30. No rooms assigned to guests and many not cleaned yet. Had to return at 7:30 at which time, same situation. They tried to put me in a room that had just been painted and smelled of new paint! Took at least 30 minutes to finally get to a room and by then, my dinner was cold! They had insufficient staff for cleaning and checking people. The first time I arrived, there were 6-8 people milling around the lobby waiting for a room! The second time, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes for a desk person to even show up. Don't suggest this property unless you have a lot of patience or time to waste.
