I called ahead to tell them we were going to be about 11 pm getting in and they said no problem. We got there and they said no more rooms. After some searching, they found a room for us. They told me to pack my stuff for the next day because they were going to have to change our room for the next night. Went to my son's baseball tournament, returned and they once again said no rooms. They magically found one for us, it was occupied. Ooops. They found another one and I told them to check it this time first. The rooms were dirty, the front desk people were non existent. I will never stay at the Rio Rancho Extended Stay.
