Not the best experience. property was not clear about parking location. My room was not super nice. The TV didn't work, there was paint pealing off the door frame in the restroom and the bed felt very old. Glad I was only passing through.

When I was shown to my first room, on the second floor, I found it to be in disrepair, dingy, and it stank of smoke. The overhead light was broken and hanging, and the curtains were hanging askew. I asked for another room and was politely and quickly moved to a fourth floor room which was clean, pleasant, and in good working order. I get the sense that the building is due for a good overhaul, but I wish to emphasize how courteous and competent all the staff were, including the bar/restaurant.

This property does not hold up to the Hilton name. The entire property needs an update. Climate control did not function in the room, by the time we woke up to realize it, we were getting ready for an early check out. The carpets were clearly worn and have not been updated. The breakfast was good (not included with the room). Will research other property options next time. Will not stay there again.

A decent hotel close to the airport. The place was not smoking but the entire floor had a strange smell. There is free parking and the shuttle to the airport was great.

Clean and comfortable!
Clean, spacious, and close to airport, which was a plus for us. Didn't need a meal so that worked for us, but not much available for others when you check in late due to flight delays. Staff were kind and helpful. Thanks for a nice stay.

Proximity to the airport was #1 priority for me. It is not as nice as other Hilton's I've stayed at, but it was clean and perfectly adequate.

We got locked out at 4AM because the key cards didn't work once outside. I had to scale a fence carrying my dog, in the dark. Was informed they knew about the key card issue. Luckily I didn't break any bones climbing out of the enclosure. Fail! Yes it seems funny now but trust me, it wasn't at the time.

When I walked into my room there was someone else staying there or it had not been serviced since the last time someone stayed. Be very careful with Hilton "rewards" they will deny you reward points if you book through Orbitz!! There is also very little parking at the site so good luck parking!!!

Quick and easy access to freeway and airport. Downtown is just as close. Parking is limited and small, so be mindful if driving a large SUV such as a suburban. Otherwise, meets my expectations for a Hilton property.

It is a nice hotel. I love you and Barry look great. I wasn’t really able to enjoy a lot of the facility because I’m just here for an overnight stay before a a flight in the morning

The lady at the front desk upon check in was very friendly. That’s about where the good ends. The hotel needs a major renovation. I would expect more from a Hilton hotel. The parking garage was filthy and felt unsafe. The graffiti in the elevator was interesting. The hallways seemed dark. Upon entering our room, it seemed ok. Nothing special. As we entered the room further I instructed my children to not remove their shoes. The carpet was well worn and looked dirty. The beds were lumpy and much smaller than a queen (what we paid for) the pillows were flat as a pancake and there was no fluffing them. I did a quick sweep of the room surfaces that are most touched with a Clorox wipe. That was not a pretty sight. Entering the bathroom, there was a brown splatter on the wall, surfaces looked dirty or visibly worn. Curtains had nasty spots on them and the walls were thin. The floor is also uneven, the transition piece from the tile to the carpet, stuck up high enough to trip over it. I read reviews and thought this would be a decent place even though it is in Albuquerque, but I was wrong. Be forewarned, this is not a typical Hilton. It is much, much worse. I can’t wait to get home and take a shower.

Very disappointed … west sun resulted in my arriving in a very hot room obviously not anticipating my arrival. With curtains closed it was a very dark & hot room to spend my afternoon working in. Bed was uncomfortable. Walls thin and I could understand conversation, the couple next door. No steak that was on the menu. Heater/A/c antiquated and noisy. Hilton should do better. I won’t return.

We were made to wait one hour for the shuttle in the sun from the Sunport car rental place to the hotel. There were masses of miscommunication between the shuttle drivers and hotel staff which complicated things. We are not young, we are not lizards, it was exhausting. We would have gotten a taxi but the staff kept saying…the shuttle was 5 minutes away. The hotel compensated us with paying for a dinner…that was not enough, but something. At least I would of expected the manager to come speak to us rather than dumping this on his staff. 😤

You pay 5 per person for breakfast and it horrible not to mention the service. Staff would seem busy to help or bothered when asked for assistance. Very rude and would rather visit with personal friends/co workers.

It is hard to believe in this day and age that a motel doesn’t have adequate Internet. When I asked at the desk for help, I was told, “our cell phone service isn’t very good” I couldn’t access it from our room except for about five minutes and then it shut down for the rest of our stay.
