I have stayed here numerous times, and this visit unfortunately was not at its best, but I'm hoping it was just a one-timer. Window blind wouldn't open or close all the way, & 2 light bulbs out. Staff very nice, good area, and very quiet. Otherwise, this is my go-to hotel in the area.

The room was very nice and spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool with our two children, it was quite large and warm. Breakfast was available but not free so we did not eat there.

No more Hilton...Just the name
this is a cold place. No service or communication with staff. My bilnds did not work and tha solution was clips. Clip them open. Yet, Im oaying for a HILTON HOTEL!! Why should I keep going to Hilton wheen they aren't Hilton anymore. I won't.

Extremely traumatized by my hotel stay at Hilton!
When I tried to check in at the front desk the staff member assisting me could not find my reservation. I showed him my confirmation on Hotels.com but he said he could not find it on the hotels’ system and I would need to contact Hotels.com. I had driven very far and had a medical procedure at 6am the next day that required no food the prior day. Therefore, I was not feeling well and told the attendant I had to go to the restroom. I left him my iPhone with the Hotels.com reservation pulled up showing fully prepaid on Hotels.com for my 2 night stay, my ID and a credit card for the $50 incidental hotel charge. When I returned he was still not finding my reservation. Finally, someone emerged from the back and found my reservation as I was still trying to contact Hotels.com. The next day, no sleep due to the prep for my medical procedure I returned from the hospital ready to get some much needed rest. I pushed the elevator button to return to my 3rd floor room. To my horror, the elevator door opened with a member of the hotel staff and another individual trying to manipulate a gurney out of the elevator that contained a very large black body bag with an obviously deceased person. I stood there in shock waiting! Once “they” finally exited I stepped in the elevator alone terrified, shaking and extremely traumatized. I returned to my room locked the door and sit terrified wondering what had happened to the deceased. Were they murdered, or dead in the rooms next door.

It’s minutes away from my daughter’s home. I’ve stayed here multiple times and staff has always been friendly and accommodating. While checking in I felt like the staff member didn’t want to really help with the request I was making. I just asked for a Mountain View lol , and I booked and paid for my reservation since Sept. 17,2023.

Stay was great. Friendly staff, nice lobby area. I liked how they always had some flavored water and coffee available. The pool was a bit chilly, but that's probably normal for NM in the fall. One quirk was that our hotel room door would not open unless we moved the knob upward. A nice staff member in the hallway let us know when they saw us struggling to get into our room. So, someone installed something backwards! It was no bother once we knew, though, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Long Night
Hilton Garden is my go to when I travel as they always have what I need. This Hilton Garden lacked in several areas. The restaurant/lounge didn't have the variety of food and drinks I was accustom to. They were super slow, which might account for the lack of offerings. The lady at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Checking in at the front desk with a young gentlemen who was about as dis-engaged as you can get. Not friendly at all and he looked bothered that we drug him away from his phone. The room was nice and clean, but the noise level from the cars on the nearby highway made it difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. I know they can't do anything abouth the street noise but it made for a long night
