Doing construction, our electricity went out. The elevators sounded like they were gonna break any minute. It’s fine to be doing construction but put it up on your site cause it’s inconvenient for ppl that have surgery or things of urgency as such.

Under construction which is definitely needed. I would not have stayed had I known the building was under contruction. Parking was terrible. First time I go to a Hilton where they don't ask if I am a Hilton Honors member.

Thank you for your review. Hilton Garden Inn hotels offer a cooked-to-order breakfast for an additional charge. This allows you to choose your breakfast and receive high quality ingredients prepared by a Chef. Thank you for your stay.
The heater in the room did not work. There were no bath tub in the bathroom. I over paid for the hotel with ton of issues. The front desk was not helpful.

Staff member told us to remove everything in our vehicle or it would be stolen. Poor security and outdoor lighting.

Breakfast option was priced too high for what you could get - we went elsewhere.
The bathroom sink was not draining and light bulbs needed to be replaced in the bedroom and bathroom. I told the front desk when I left and I don’t know if repair were made.

This was NOT A HILTON hotel like I’ve seen a Hilton Hotel…… The key to get in the entrance didn’t work right….for the price we paid and no free breakfast is unheard of…..the room is nothing the size of a Hilton Hotel We’ve stayed in ….There was NO parking we had to park at a restaurant next door…..We will never stay at that Hilton ever and have doubts about even staying at a Hilton anymore….especially for the price…..

Wasn’t thrilled about being nickel and dimed for breakfast. Reservation was for four yet they would only provide breakfast for 2. Every hotel in the area offers it to all guests. This will be a deciding factor for the future.

Access to the property is a nightmare due to new construction, basically one lane that is shared with an adjoining restaurant. How this ingress and egress passed city planning and zoning is a joke.
Hotel is in a great location, everything you could possibly need during you stay is in the immediate vicinity, also felt incredibly safe. Definitely staying here again.
