Quick and Easy Check in

Pros: New carpet and paint
Location: Close to the airport and I-25.
It took about 5 min from the time I walked up to the front desk till I walked away. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly.

Holiday Inn's are Nasty

Last time bugs in the room on my bed with no refund. This time blaring music in the lobby. No one able to turn it down even though it was stated they have had multiple complaints. Rooms are dirty. No manager on duty for 5 days to take care of issue. **bar tender was sweet**

Rating due to hotel undergoing renovation. However, they need to make greater effort to clean up at the end of the construction shifts to make the place as hospitable as possible. Also comping a starbuck coffee or glass of wine per night while the pool is closed would help boost hospitality factor. Will indicate recommend AFTER renovation, and 3 star AFTER renovation

Hotel was being renovated so there elevators were not working properly.

Close to the airport

Rooms were clean but hot tub did not work in the pool area,and sauna was not working as well. Very little parking so parked on street. It was close to the entrance though. Kids had fun in the pool.

Convenient nice hotel

Check in great. Floor and room were a bit too warm. Missing soap. Included $10 breakfast coupons good for basic items and service was good.

Dump inside

This hotel was shabby, noisy, and dumpy. Room was hot. At 2:00am we were awoken by loud, constant foot steps coming from the room above us.Bathroom was dumpy as were the elevators. Lobby had some very dirty furniture. I will never stay in another holiday inn again.

Sub par holiday inn

Pros: Close to University of New Mexico.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear every step of people in the room above as well as in the hallway. The refrigerator made a funny noice all night and kept us awake.
