Nice hotel, easy to get toPosted Jun 12, 2016
Pros: It has a restaurant and bar on site
Location: Many restaurants near by
Our stay was ok at this hotel. We were traveling thru and it was easy to find and on the way. Everything was OK except for the air conditioner in our room sounded like a jack hammer running everytime it kicked in every five minutes. We were very tired and slept thru it for the first 4 and a 1/2 hours, then it kept waking us up. So, not down rating the hotel because of this, if we were not so tired would have seen if we could of got moved to another room.

Dear Bob: Thank you for your valuable comments about our hotel. With the exception of the A/C unit, I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay. I will address the issue on the A/C unit. Thank you for your patronage. Sincerely,

I expected to be in a nicer neighborhood for the amount I paid. While at breakfast two bikers were cursing and arguing all for my children to hear. Then later when we were getting in to our van they continued their argument in the parking lot where they started fist fighting. I was nervous and had to hide my children behind our van.

Some of the staff was rude when we asked to be moved because of the traffic noise.

Nice and convenient.Posted May 5, 2016
Pros: The convenience and reputation of Holiday Inns.
Cons: I can't think of anything as I was satisfied with my stay.
Location: I only visited family for a special occasion.
Since I flew to Albuquerque, it was close to a family member so they didn't have to go far to pick me up. I also stayed in the hotel last summer. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant.
