Staycation

Room was clean, staff was nice with the exception of our check out person - who just didn't speak, breakfast was very good! We chose his place because of the pool and it did get too full at one point. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel but too close to noisy traffic. Difficulty sleeping after long flight.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. They have a nice pool with a slide for the kids, but didn't really get a chance to use it because the pool was always overcrowded. It's a small pool, and there were way too many people in the pool. If you want to swim, best time is in the morning. They have a small bar for adults. This hotel does not offer a continental breakfast which was disappointing. Parking is awful. We had to park on the side of the building. It was not well lit, so cars could easily get broken into. Overall it was a fairly good stay.

Sports family stay

Pros: how the kids loved the slide.
Cons: freezing or disinfecting spray a room
Location: location , good. off highway to lots of new by places restaurants, movie theaters, bowling complex.
was a nice and peaceful stay. everything was good. a few problems were our shower head squealed very loudly when taking a shower. also the room had a very bad smell to it. we didn't wanna complain because we weren't gonna be in the room the entire time, so we let it slide. other than that, good stay.

Never again

Hotel staff was unattending. Amenities were not all available to us. The price was way to high for what we got, no morning continental breakfast. The wait staff in restaurant was again, unattending and not informative of what they were out of as what we ordered was incomplete do to running out of items that go with meal. Never will I stay at Holiday inn again.

Too many people in the pool, no towels at the pool, 5 am fire alarm, and freeway noise all night. I do NOT recommend staying here.

Easy access from I-25

Pros: Clean
Cons: Nothing
Location: Minimum restaurants, have to drive to find variety
I just stayed overnight and it was good a good stay. Your request for additional information is annoying and I will not provide a survey response in the future. Is this enough said?

Front desk was amazing very peaceful hotel it was even almost full house. I would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing

Pros: The staff seemed nice.
This hotel looked nice online but unfortunately, it was a disappointment. First of all, while you can easily see the building from the road, it's hard to figure out how to get there! It sounds silly, but really, that is the case. After driving around for awhile we finally found a long driveway that we needed to turn left onto from a very busy road. No left turn lane either- we were praying we wouldn't get hit while waiting to turn. Secondly, while the lobby appeared nice and new, it became apparent as we entered our room that this was either an updated hotel or they just used old furniture/appliances. The entire bathroom was dated, tile grout looked moldy, sink had a large crack, toilet seat was wobbly, etc. And last, but most alarming, was that we heard gunshots two separate times overnight. There is an out of business strip club nextdoor (I know, very classy!) and we saw many people hanging out around there during the day. Needless to say, we got the heck out of there first thing in the morning! Notified the front desk about what we heard overnight, they didn't seem too surprised. Guess we won't be staying here again.
