The hotel had a beautiful lobby and grounds to stroll through. It was also adjacent to the Hotel Chaco with a magnificent rooftop bar and restaurant…excellent view of the city and of course a wonderful sunset! The rooms had ample room but the bathroom sink was a tad too small. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and I am sad to say, it was not very good. The oatmeal was so so watery and the burrito lacked flavor. Everything outside the burrito should have been put inside!! The potatoes were cold, as if cooked from frozen. Service was adequate but nothing to rave about…I had to ask several times for coffee refills.

We only spent 1 night but I would love to go back. The check in was smooth with very friendly clerk. The food at the restaurant was awesome along with an awesome staff

The Hotel is located in a perfect location very close to old town. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned. The 11th floor smelled.

It was a nice stay although they had a wedding outside our balcony and played very loud music till 10 pm. We were never told this would happen. Everything else was great though.

Celebrated my husbands 21st bday ...was a wonderful experience. Room was awesome, staff was wonderful. Being able to walk to local pubs bars was great ..but having wonderful food and an amazing bartender in the same building ..just downstairs at Gardunos was the best for the experience!

Staff was super nice. Rooms were spacious. Great restaurant in the hotel with a nice food hall across the street. Easy walking distance to Old Town. Showers weren't very hot and took a long time to get to temperature though.

Great location. Loved the proximity to attractions, restaurant's convenience & in-house Flamingo Show. Also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant on nextdoor sister-property, The Chaco Hotel. Never could find the pool tho!

We stayed here while on a road trip on the way out to Arizona and liked it so much that we booked again for our way back! We got carry out from the restaurant which was delicious and our room was very comfy. The staff was welcoming and very nice to our dog who was with us and gave her some treats when we checked in. The area is very walkable and cute, we were bummed to not be able to stick around longer! The wood burning fireplace in the lobby created a really warm cozy feel. Would definitely stay here again!
