Pros: I liked the decor, the staff, and the quietness.
Cons: They could improve on their food.
The hotel is beautiful. The staff is extremely nice. The room I stayed in was quit and quite small. The bar where you can watch the sun set was closed. The food is ok, but expensive. Overall, it is a very nice hotel.

Feels like home

Pros: Everything. This property should be an inspiration for more and similar development in downtown Albuquerque.
Location: Downtown is a bit empty, Central Ave is 1/2 block away and features some life and a few interesting shops, theaters and restaurants.
This is a unique property. Excellent architecture and appointments, especially in the common areas. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they seem to enjoy working at the hotel and welcome you as a guest in their home. Relax in the lobby alcoves with a glass of wine in the early evening. You will be impressed with the vibe of this hotel, so different from the cookie cutter "big brand" hotels.

Pretty architecture but stingy with the details

This was an adequately comfortable hotel, and I appreciate their efforts to be environmentally friendly, but I learned from staying here that I always want to check to make sure a hotel has in-room coffee before I commit to staying there. A relaxing morning in your own room is one of the compensations for the rigors of travel. If you have to get dressed and go downstairs for coffee it really kind of ruins that sense of relaxation. I did however appreciate that they had a healthy breakfast option (eggs with kale, quinoa, and sweet potatoes). It's hard to find nourishing food when you're on the road, and that got me through a busy day pretty well!

Hotel has lots of potential but doesn't live up to it. Employees are poorly trained, rooms are worn. Hard to sleep when you can hear every sound through the walls

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.

Very nice

Pros: Beautiful decor.
Cons: Put real doors on the bathrooms. My other complaint is that everything closed so early, they have two bars and both close very early.
Location: Location is right downtown ABQ, but there is not much to do downtown ABQ.
It's a very beautiful hotel and it's nice that there is a restaurant bar attached. The rooms are nice but I have one major complaint about the room bathroom, the door did not have a lock or latch and the sliding door did not cover the full doorway cutout. It made for very little privacy which is uncomfortable.

Was my first time in Albuquerque so I didn't know the City. I would recommend or The Old Town Area or the modern Up Town area full of shops

Pros: More character than a run of the mill chain hotel.
Location: Downtown - very convenient for the rail runner station for trains to Santa Fe - just a couple of blocks away.
Charming and characterful hotel, beautiful reception area. Helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable

We stayed here during balloon fiesta and attended a concert at the ampatheater. The location is great, it is clean and nice decor. For the price we paid I expected more. Our room would not get cool. We opened the windows to try and cool it off. There wasn't a breeze at the time so no luck. We tried every setting on the AC with no luck.
