Boiler wasnt working properly so heater in rooms didn't work accurately. We used in door pool area and propane heaters in pool area were also out of propane, so it was cold getting out of pool and hot tub. Front desk wasn't super friendly regarding this issue.

Pros: Location and clean. Great staff
Cons: Heat system
Location: Food was fun
Staff was great. Indoor pool nice. Some noise in the room from the rain gutter making noise and the heat system noise. The staff was awesome. Would stay again.

Pros: nothing.
Cons: everything.
When we checked into the hotel, we had read a few reviews online before arrival and asked the front desk personnel if we were able to cancel the following 2 nights and not be charged. They said no, that cancellation wasn't an option and we would be charged whether we decided to stay or not. ok, fine. The very next day, we come back from a day of skiing (4pm) and neither one of the keys worked! We went back down to the front desk and the exact same gentleman said he didn't have a reservation for that night and that is why they deactivated our keys.....ALL OF OUR BELONGS WHERE STILL IN THE ROOM!!!! What would have happened if they booked our room and other guests went in??? The room was completely cleaned and our stuff was still there but they were just going to leave our stuff in the room and assume we weren't staying?!?!?

Pros: Water park, easy to get to airport, tramway, and old town.
Cons: Update rooms.
Location: 10-15 min. from airport. Close to I-40/I-25, so it is easy to get to old town, the Westside, the Tram, and hiking trails on the Sandias.
Unfortunately, the hotel was going through an ownership change while we were staying there. The staff was fine, but the bar and restaurants were closed. We did get to go to the water park, and my son had a great time, and there was a hotel pool and hot tub that we used on our last night. The staff indicated that the new owners were going to fix things up, and to tell the truth, things need to be updated a bit. My son wants to come back next year, and to tell the truth, we would probably do it again. Since it was Thanksgiving Break, not too many people were there, and we got to surf as much as we wanted. If we were at Water World (Denver), we would have only got two or three turns in a whole day!
