This was a rundown and old facility. However, the staff has done their best to keep it clean and safe. While there were water stains on the floor and ceiling and the rugs needed replacing, the room itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the swimming pool was great! a good price for the value, but definitely not a modern hotel.

This property is horrible we had a river of water running out of the wall. I was poisoned w the mold in the wall you could tell the water leak had happened many other times plua the kept our deposit the broken pupe was in the ceiling feom room 502 above room 402

Thank you Joseph, for taking the time to leave us a review. We actually released your deposit. Depending on your bank, you will see the credit in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, we did have an accident where a balance cartridge gave out. This is absolutely not a typical issue we deal with, some times things happen. Fortunately, our team was able to promptly address the issue with minimal interference to our guest's stay. Here at Hotel 505, my team and I work very hard to maintain a clean and safe environment for guest's like yourself to enjoy. Even under pressure, this team pulled together and got the job done! We appreciate you choosing Hotel 505! Have a great day!

We did not receive the room we paid for. The staff did not try to correct the mistake. We found a bullet and empty whiskey bottles under the bed. And the rooms smelled moldy. I will never stay at this property again!

Expedia and others should definitely make it very clear that this is an extended stay hotel. The property is very run down and dirty and people smoking weed and other things in the breezeway hallways. If you’re looking for a single night in Albuquerque stay away.

The staff is great. I had a problem with my reservation that was my fault and the manager help me resolve the issue and saved me hundreds of dollars. The property is older and in need of freshening up.

The property is old but was clean. Moldninthe shower and hairbin the fridge and the room has a funky smell. You can hear every conversion in the hallls and other rooms. Bed was great!

The breakfast was very limited. 1 Waffle maker some muffins and some bread. I had seven teens with me. Taking turns making waffles was annoying to others waiting with that many kids. Very nice accommodating staff. Could smell weed on our floor . But over all an average stay. Kids had fun in the indoor pool.

Nothing was good about this hotel it’s more like a motel but staff that checked me in was wonderful I definitely wouldn’t recommend but if you need a place to sleep for the night. Other than that it’s terrible definitely needs a renovation on the outside and inside of building. The continental breakfast was terrible only waffles was offered no butter no condiments this place definitely needs new management and someone who cares about the place and guest.
