Old and with non-working AC

Pros: Price
Everything in this hotel looks like a time capsule from 1985. All the furnishings are extremely old. The room was clean-ish the main issue was although the ac turned on and functioned it did little to nothing to cool down the room. It was over 80 degrees in the room all night long despite having the AC on high from the time we arrived around 8:00. I would not stay here again. The price was right but it would have been worth a few more dollars to stay somewhere a little nicer. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Mysterious Stains

This hotel had stains on the sheets, the ac didnt work and the whole hotel smelled musty

Honor your reservations

Pros: Reasonable price, close to the highway.
Cons: I repeat, honor your reservations.
I booked and paid for a nonrefundable reservation on Expedia for a Room with a King size bed. I received an email confirmation that the reservation was confirmed. When I arrived I was informed that there were no rooms with a king size bed available and I'd have to settle for a room with two twin beds. It's dishonest to do a bait and switch like that, no chance to choose another hotel. Don't trust your reservation booking here.

Not the best but not the worst

Hotel wasn't great. Rooms were clean but beds were uncomfortable. Staff was really nice and friendly. Pool was not working. We frequent Albuquerque often and decided we wouldn't stay here again. I guess of its for one night and all your looking for is a place to sleep its not bad.

Our stay was good stay. The room needs to be up dated. The bed was uncomfortable and the road right beside our room was loud. We could hear vechiels driving by the hotel at night and kept us up all night.

We stayed at the Motel 6 just down the road a week earlier and I could tell a big difference in quality. I felt safer and more comfortable at Howard Johnson with all my equipment for my construction business. And for just $10 more, we got a complimentary breakfast that was fresh and well cooked, which is one of the main reasons I'll be staying there again this coming week.

Getting Stuff Done While in ABQ

This Hotel was perfectly located for my wife's medical appointments and for our home repair shopping. Breakfast could use more variety of fresh fruits and some yogurt, but not bad for the price. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
