Not my favorite hotel.

The hotel was having innovation. Noise started at 3 am and I never slept any more. Carpet is new but has strong smell. Sheet has stain on it. Bathroom is really small. Two sinks are outside bathroom infront one bed. When my husband brushed his teeth, nobody can sleep any longer in the room. Night parking lot watch is good. Elevator went slow then stopped suddenly and made a big cling sound. Very scary feeling. Front desk lady is not helping. I don't want to go there again. Expedia is awesome about booking and reminding emails.

Descent hotel close to shopping and food.

Pros: The room layout. That it was not down town yet close to shopping and dinning.
Cons: Air conditioners noise and working order. Disclosures regarding pool, construction, water off.
Location: Shopping and a few dinning options.
The air conditioner was VERY loud, it kept waking us up in the night. The air conditioning in our other room didn't work at all, it was to hot to sleep. The hotel was under construction, we didn't have water until 5pm which didn't allow us to shower after a 9hour drive and we had a meeting to attend. Going into the fitness center the ceiling crumbled and fell on our heads, gross! Also the pool was closed, no where did I see a sign or notification that the pool was seasonal. After all many people book hotels based on the pool if they have children, I thought that should have been disclosed. The rooms layout was nice. I like the partial wall between beds and room. The bathroom is closterfobic, but I like the vanity being outside the room. Lots of mirrors, including full length, that's a plus. I felt because of the unconvinced the rooms should have been at a discounted rate. I canceled my additional reservations for this hotel.

terrible room cleaning service

We found our room all dirty and beds unmade, we stayed for three nights, me and my family had three different rooms and in the three of them had the same poor cleaning service, we were really disappointed on that

We stayed for 3 nights and just the first day someone made the bed but did not vacuumed or clean the bathroom, the sofa bed was left opened and not made and all the towels we used were left on the floor. I talked to the manager and he mentioned they are environmentally friendly and don´t change the sheets every day, which is ok but not cleaning the room properly does not have anything to do with being environmentally friendly. Me and my family were really disappointed.

Loved the location of the Hotel, it was right off the highway, without all the noise, but it was also next to shops, Old Town Albuquerque, and restaurants. The customer service my husband and I received was GREAT, everybody was so nice and welcoming and interested why we were there. What we were disappointed in was the construction being done during the day, made it difficult to get to our room when the workers were in the hallway, and we were disappointed the fridge in our room didn't work. It made me feel uncomfortable with the hotel being green, and a pamphlet saying they only change sheets every three days, was hoping the sheets were changed from the previous visitors.

We try to be as eco friendly as possible and sheets and towels are definitely changed after every guest checks out--if you are staying in the room longer than three days , then and only then, will we not change the sheets. Had a wonderful stay. They were in the process of renovations which did not effect our stay. Clean and staff was very friendly.

the hotel was perfectly located. The room was quite large and had everything I needed. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed.

not what I expected from a Hyatt Place

The hotel didn't have the requested room type we had reserved when we checked in so they gave us a handicap room and then we moved the second day. The staff was pleasant but had no follow through. They would tell you they would do something and then not do it until you asked again. The furniture was dirty, the carpet frayed, the bathroom moldy.
